“Pure cremation were absolutely amazing with Dad's cremation, I had to arrange this all from a distance and Pure cremation made this so much easier, the communication between us was so reassuring, I would definitely recommend this, thank you so much to everyone especially Julia.”

“I would like to thank Pure Cremation on how professional, caring, supportive and sympathetic they have all been throughout this very painful process. My direct contact was a lady called Julia, the communication was fantastic, she was so lovely and helpful. Emma brought my dad home and she was lovely, all the above and more. “We had no experience of using Pure Cremation or indeed any other direct cremation company. Pure came as a recommendation and I have to say that at every step of the journey Pure managed for our late mother, it was handled with compassion, knowledge and in a timely manner. Special thanks to Tracey (my contact) and Ryan who delivered mum home to me with great sensitivity and warmth. Can highly recommend the team and service at Pure.”

“I became aware of the different way you could arrange a cremation through TV ads but was rather unsure exactly how it would work. We had a crematorium service for my father but with my sisters, we decided to use Pure Cremation for my mother. It was incredibly straightforward and all of the people we dealt with along the way were very professional and empathetic. I cannot fault anyone, from the team who collected my mother to all of the teams and designated person who kept me informed during the process. It certainly didn’t feel impersonal in any way and I would definitely recommend Pure Cremation.”

“A very smooth and easy process at a very difficult time, particularly as my Father in Law passed away in Berkshire and we live in Scotland. The staff were extremely sensitive and professional and communications were outstanding throughout the process. Highly recommend Pure Cremation Ltd if direct cremation is what you are planning.”

“both my parents passed away in the last few months ' and both parents had pure cremation . we had such a problem with the doctors and there handling of the paper work ' & pure cremation did there upmost to rectify this . they kept me up to date with everything on a daily basis '. they even played my parents favourite music the time of there cremation .. the biggest thank you was to Steph the lady who brought both my parents back home to me .. she showed so much kindness and compassion . she was bery smart and very professional .. being alone when my dad came back she gave me a hug which went up and beyond her dutys .. so a big thank you. Steph from manchester ... i would say pure cremation is a wonderful caring company with amazing staff thank you mrs paula selby”

“A really good experience, took the load off me at a very bad time. Very kind staff, like dealing with friends rather than a business. Every question answered. I checked other cremation firms first, but many didnt bring loved ones home, which was what we wanted, or tried to sell extras. So glad we chose Pure Cremation. recommend highly.”

“The loveliest people...helpful, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. They kept in contact all the time. The people who picked my relative up were calm and sympathetic...were happy to do an extra drive by where my relative lived which was so important to us. Thank you”

“Pure cremations took great care of ensuring that everything was taken care of when my dad sadly passed away last month. From the first call they were extremely empathetic and kept me informed at every step. So much stress was taken off the family which has given us time to grieve and celebrate his life in our own time . As a result of this experience, my partner and I will now be pursuing a plan for us so the kids do not have to worry when our time is up. Thank you to all the lovely people I spoke to, you made such a difference during this very difficult time x”

“My late wife was recently cared for by Pure Cremations. They havwe been wonderful with me throughout this whole process from the moment of my wife's death to the moment the ashes were returned home. Caring, positive professional and extremely efficient I was kept informed and supported through every step of the journey. Cannot be too highly recommend, I have done so to all my family and friends and I am very glad I will be taken care of by these wonderful people when my time comes.”
