“Really good quality components, which were well packed but not overly so and easy to access. Simple, straightforward instructions which two of us managed to install in a couple of hours - most of this time spent getting a good fixing into plasterboard - the pulleymaid itself is really easy to put together. The laths were really smooth - I have coated them in a clear lacquer/ varnish but they required barely any sanding. Already making quick work of drying clothes”

“Easy to order, good communication, arrived promptly. easy to assemble and install with good instructions, very pleased. Only comment would be the timber 'runners' are loose in the cast iron hangers so move about a bit, but is easy to fix, so not a problem.”

“I don't know why I didn't order the Deluxe Pulleymaid before now.......! It's absolutely brilliant. My husband installed it very easily. I did have a query about the wooden laths but received a very prompt response from the Pulleymaid customer service guys. We live in a small barn conversion with very high ceilings. The days of having a clothes horse full of wet clothes in my study are well and truly over. I hoist the washing up into the ceiling and can completely forget about it. And it dries so much faster as it's obviously benefitting from all the warm air up high. Can't recommend it highly enough!”

“The delivery was prompt and the pulleymaid we received is lovely. It's really cleared a lot of space in the spare room! I was surprised that the slats are supposed to remain quite loose in the pulleymaid, but it hasn't affected its usability. Would highly recommend.”
