“Having looked online at mortgages, I began to get a headache at the constant form filling and information gathering. I was recommended to Prospect Tree Mortgages and have not regretted using their service at all. Graeme, Phil and Fred have been brilliant in helping to gather information from me once and applying this where needed to gather mortgage options. As I’m applying for the mortgage solo currently due to my husbands self employed circumstances with covid, I didn’t think I’d be successful in getting to where I needed with the mortgage options, but low and behold, with lots of back and forth on their part, they helped me make it possible to get on the property ladder. I was sceptical of utilising a third party to do all the leg work at first as the simple truth of ‘I could do it myself’, but they are worth their weight in gold and make the entire process so straightforward and effortless for you so I’d highly recommend them. They keep you updated on progress and where things are and give it to you straight if something isn’t going to work out as per your expectations so you are fully aware of anything you may need to do to be successful, in my case I needed to clear a bit of debt to get the value I needed on my mortgage, and they were open and honest about what that would mean if I didn’t . I can’t thank the team enough and will certainly be using them when I remortgage. Thanks guys and keep up the great work 😀”
