“Phil King and Nick have been amazing! As first-time buyers, the process of buying a house seems extremely daunting and confusing. However, Phil has guided us through every step and has always been at the end of a phone to answer any questions we have had about the process. “Matt and Fred have been fantastic throughout. Matt immediately understood my situation and found a suitable mortgage. Fred drove the whole process forward under tricky circumstances with the end of the stamp duty holiday. Both responded to emails and calls almost immediately. It was very reassuring to have them on my side when everyone else in the world seemed to be AWOL because of Covid. They sorted me out with a mortgage on an auction property with only 28 days to complete. I will definitely be contacting them again for my borrowing needs. Well done Prospect Tree.”
