“I was rather hesitant entering this market sector of " cash buyers " & the first 3 or 4 companies confirmed my concerns. I was about to give up & my last call to Jacob at Property Solvers restored my faith that genuine cash buyers who are fair & principled do exist. I was introduced to Ruben who visited the property we agreed the price & completed 12 days later. I found there are many impersonators out there who will give you inflated valuations & not follow through then try to sign you up as middlemen. Ruben & his team turned out to be 100% genuine I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I went to Property Solvers when I had difficulty selling my house. They described a method to sell my house which worked well and the sale completed six weeks after registering with them. I am impressed with their work ethic especially Claire and Jane who both work incredibly hard any time of day or night. I am also impressed with the way they keep their promises and strongly recommend them as a company.”

“I had a complicated situation (having to sell my father's home to pay for care home fees, but his property being in a terrible state), but nothing was too much trouble for Property Solvers. They gave an honest valuation right from the start, they were happy to answer any questions I had about the paperwork and the process and did all the chasing with solicitors. Jamie especially was so helpful throughout. They made a stressful time for myself and my family so much easier and I highly recommend Property Solvers to anyone who needs a quick house sale.”

“Brilliant service,very happy with how quickly my house sold,Sheela,who was dealing with the sale of my house was very professional, helpful, efficient and friendly.i wasn't sure about using a company I had not heard of and taken from an online search but they were very approachable and reassured any of my doubts. I would definitely recommend them,Sheela went above & beyond to make sure i was always kept in the loop with anything i did not quite understand.”

“Wow! Where do I start? We chose property solvers after seeing an advert on Facebook, I hesitantly rang the number whilst looking for an agent to sell my house, I had spoken to many estate agents and none of them seemed to “ fit the bill “ of what I needed! After speaking to a chap called Ruban I was immediately impressed ... most agents wanted to upsell my property so they could secure a contract, I was realistic in my expectations and knew most agents just wanted my business. We were looking to downsize after our children had left home and had found our perfect home to move into, and this is where property solvers came into their own! They knew we needed a quick sale but weren’t prepared to short change us or “ upsell” on the valuation, we sold our house within 4 days ABOVE asking price.. they held our hands through all the negotiations and went above and beyond for us, I could call them at weekends and evenings, sometimes after 10pm, moving house is super stressful and property solvers helped us through every step of the way! They took over all the viewings, gave feedback instantly, I never had to chase them for anything! Bravo guys! This is how an agent should be! There’s a million agencies out there to sell your house... but none like property solvers! If you want to feel like a valued seller/buyer...property solvers are your people!”

“Jane and Claire at Property Solvers were fantastic. Don’t be fooled by bad reviews or the branding. Within days of contact my property was listed, photography done and multiple viewings booked in, with an offer above asking accepted in a short space of time. Despite problematic and lengthy conveyancing Jane stayed on top of the sale with regular updates until close. Their location was never an issue and contact was easy/instant. Highly recommended.
