“Initially I was sent the wrong product so I phoned up and explained the issue which was resolved incredibly quickly. The customer service in righting the original error was exceptional. The sort of service that makes you want to shop a retailer again and again.”

“We recently ordered a slamm scooter for our son, it arrived on time and he loves it. The only thing I would say was after placing the order we received no xo formation email to inform us of you receiving the order or when we would receive it. The first correspondence was when the courier emailed letting us know it was out for delivery with DHL.”

“These replacement hand grips are just right, but were tricky to put on the scooter handlebars, so fortunately a young American on YouTube gave demonstrations of several ideas. Love him. I used the zip ties way and they went on a treat.”
