“The only disappointing part was I ordered the pink and white boots but had a phone call to say they were out of stock so I accepted the black and pink.”

“Although disappointed with the product it’s self, that’s no fault of proline, they made the whole transaction and unfortunate subsequent refund as smooth and pleasant as possible, will definitely consider purchasing from them again but will have to check item descriptions more closely.”

“Item as described, turned up within the time, in fact 3 days early. Easy transaction system, slightly disappointed that the item turned up with light scratches on the deck. Lad loves it and is off doing stunts as we speak.”

“Very happy with my new skates and toe stops. One of the items I’d ordered hadn’t come in on their delivery but I was contacted about it and was able to swap it out for an alternative. Great customer service!”

“I got the skates in a very reasonable time just before a roller disco I wanted to to to so no big complaints really, only thing id say could be better is the wheels could and should come with a tool to put on the new ones as you pay enough for the wheels the least I could of got was a tool with it but other that that brilliant!”

“Pre order was delayed twice, which is fine, no ones fault, but the first time I was informed which was great, but then the second timeframe came and went and no one told me, and even though I contacted I recieved to response and had no idea what was going on or when I would receive the skates”

“Excellent quick service. Only issue was when ordering via my phone would not let me checkout had to use my laptop instead. May just be my phone and would not put me off ordering as price and delivery great”
