I ordered a pair of Heelys on the 24th of August and the website told me that they were in stock, however the next day I received an email saying that they actually were not in stock and I'd have to wait until Tuesday 30th the latest. It was nice to know that Prolineskates were keeping in contact with me. So Tuesday came and the Heelys didn't arrive...instead, they came on Wednesday, but I was just glad that they were finally going to be delivered. As I was able to track my parcel I knew roughly when it would be at my house. However, on Wednesday I received a message saying that my parcel had been delivered to my 'supposed neighbour'. I looked at the image of the house that they attached...this was not my neighbour! They had given my parcel to a stranger and I didn't know where that house was. I ended up having to walk around my neighbourhood comparing all the houses to the one on my phone, until I finally found a match. Luckily the people who lived there were nice and actually gave me my parcel... I don't know what went wrong here, my address that I gave was correct,but it still ended up and a strangers house on another road... All in all quite poor service, but the Heelys fit fine (as I ordered normal shoe size) and the quality is very good.

Paid extra for next working day delivery, arrived two working days later as wasn't collected until 5pm, probably not Proline's fault and more DHL's but still disappointed as I had to purchase again last minute.

El servicio postventa deja mucho que desear, mientras estábamos montanto el triciclo vimos que tenia una grieta en el tapacubos de la rueda delantera. Contacté por e-mail con ellos hace 2 días y todavía no me han contestado para darme una solución.

did not come with the bearings it said it would on line came with much lower spec bearings and came late after paying for next day delivery although it was refunded

We ordered skates in a size range 3-6, my son being a size 4 was in the lower end of the range. However when they arrived they were too small for him. Apart from having an extremely upset aspergers son who couldn't understand why they wouldn't fit him and he couldn't use them I was expected to pay upwards of £10 (on top of the expedited delivery charge to receive them in the first place ) to return them. Your response was that it wasn't your fault. As a customer I would argue that you are the seller, it is your responsibility to understand your products, I as a one time purchaser have no inside knowledge of the product and rely on you for information hence it most certainly isn't the customers fault and we should not be expected to take the hit from ordering in good faith. Interestingly I then spoke to 2 other suppliers who both said that the brand plus a a couple of other brands are known to come up extremely small. It seems your competitors understand their products

A little disappointed with service. I had to chase my order to be told the skates I wanted were not available. This caused a problem as they were for a birthday. Once we sorted they came very quick.

Website hard to navigate. Quality of product excellent only thing missing is the build instructions. Phoned up and asked about threaded part in side handle bar stem no one was able to tell me what it was for. When I asked if it was required to assemble stem to deck I was told just push it in and tighten Allen bolts,followed by you must have an Allen key that fits as one was not supplied. I feel a quality product is let down by poor customer service.

Although I had been a customer of proline around 10 years ago this is the first time I had used then since. And although I had received excellent service from one of the employees who runs the Facebook page. ("Lex" who's service I would rate as 5*s) who had organised for my two orders to be bundled together into 1 and saved me shipping costs on the wrist guards I later decided to order and who also offered good personal advice. The reason for the poor rating is that I placed my orders on 20th September it is now the 6th of October and I've yet to receive my order. The worst part is that if I hadn't called the shop, then the warehouse (on 2nd Oct) to try and track down the order I had been eagerly expecting for use on the past two weekends, it still would have been sat in the warehouse. I found out that the order had been "put on hold" due to them not having the knee pads in stock. And that I should have received an email on the 21st Sept saying this. (I am an Service Desk Analyst, I work in first and second level IT support and support hundreds of staff in many countries and I assure you I did not receive hat email in Spam, Junk or Trash) to make matters worse I had ensured I'd supplied my mobile phone number (incase I was needed to be contacted) and yet did not receive a call. Please take into account Lex's excellent performance is the only reason this wasn't rated as 1*. This is a real shame as my love of rollerblading has been rekindled and I was considering purchasing some more had ware and some Nil's 1.5 Remz and getting some of my old friends back into rollerblading. But unless I at least get an apology for the poor service I've received I'm going to find it difficult to buy from and indeed recommend your site. Confirmation email ended up in spam and in the end I had to ring to confirm taht all was well with the order. A week later we are unfortunately still waiting for the delivery, even if it was promised to be delivered within 2-4 days

Hi there, Your order went out the same day it was ordered. As it is an international delivery it can take anywhere up to 15 working days to be delivered. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

I am still waiting delivery of the Heelys I ordered a week ago. I was not warned that delivery would be delayed and communication as to when I can expect the to arrive has been poor.

Hi There, The shoe you have ordered is a pre-order item. This info is listed on both the product page and also notifies you when you are checking out. This item is not due in to us until the 10th of August. If you require a pair of Heelys quicker please give us a call and we can go through alternative for you.

I made two orders and both have had issues due to poor delivery companies being used and blunt unhelpful replies from the facebook account. Btw I only contacted the facebook account as the mobile site does not offer an email contact. Since emailing the store I have had no reply.

I thought after already paying post & packaging to exchange for a size up the £10 exchange price was way to costly. I ended up paying £14 extra for my purchase and other websites that sell the skates offer free postage and returns therefore i shall not shop again with prolineskates.

On their website they promise free skate sharpening with every ice skates. The ice skates have not been sharpened and they did not even reply to my complaint. Not the best customer service...

Initially the website seemed very professional and I felt confident I was in safe hands. However as time progressed things went downhill (and then slightly uphill!): - I didn't receive an immediate order confirmation from Proline skates with tracking information. This would have put me at ease from the start. - I was unable to make an account on the website using the order number given to me once I had received an order confirmation (which went to my spam/junk mailbox). - I, as a result, was unable to check the progress of my order and was left unsure of whether it had been dispatched or not. - I was unable to contact anybody on the Saturday to see whether I should wait in for my order to be delivered. I ended up writing on your facebook wall. The information returned to me from somebody in the Cardiff shop was wrong, my parcels had been dispatched and I was told they had not been. - I paid for Saturday Courier delivery and only received part of my order on the Saturday. I did speak with somebody in the Warehouse on Monday and received a refund for delivery, so I was satisfied with that. I would say my experience would be greatly improved by more ability to contact somebody on a weekend if needed and by more frequent and detailed correspondence from Proline Skates.
