Haven’t received the order yet, despite being assured it would arrive for Christmas Eve, after being asked to cancel order in Amazon and order directly from the shop by Proline customer service staff. Very disappointing for me and for my daughter as she had put it in her wish list for Santa.

Hi there, You ordered a wheel with bearings installed. The item does not state it comes with axle anywhere in it's description and does not show an axle anywhere in it's imagery. Leaving a one star review for something that is not stated anywhere in the product is a little harsh.

I ordered a set of skate guards for my son, these came with a piece missing. When I contacted proline skates, I was informed that a new set would be dispatched the next day, this was at the beginning of June 2021, and I am still waiting for a replacement set. It is now mid July.

I ordered skates and one didn’t fit when I called they recommended me to order straight away one more and refund the skate later. I order new one I sent back the other but never received the money back. When I called they say that I must keep the tracking number because they don’t check if or what they receive in their stock. When you send back there are papers to put in the box and out of the box but still they don’t know whether they received or not. Very bad and rude customer service too.

i have ordered 4 skates and refund one of them because it didn't fit they do not refund my money back, i couldn't find the tracking number but so poor that they are not able to even check whether if you received or not. so poooorr.

Hi there, As stated on the telephone conversation with yourself. We cannot refund an order from word of mouth 60 days after said item was returned. We have no return paperwork for your order and you were unable to provide us with a tracking number for the return when requested to ensure the item was back with us. You were very rude about this on the phone but we are afraid the return is the customers responsibility until the item is back with us as stated in our returns policy. As we have not got any paperwork from you showing the item back in our returns folder we have no way to prove the item is back with us and as you were unable/unwilling to give us the tracking number for the return we were unable to check this any further. Without these things we are unable to refund the order.

My skates were due to be delivered on 28/05/21, so i waited home excited all day and unfortunately they didn't come. I'm still waiting for them to deliver on 01/05/21, so I hope they come soon.

Hi there, Looking at this for you, it seems you have supplied us with an incorrect postcode for delivery. Without the correct delivery information it is hard for our couriers to deliver your item. Please get in touch with your correct postcode and we can relay this to the courier to get this sorted. Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with the purchase and the service when I requested a refund. I bought the Rollerbones Wheels and the images came off after the first skate session. It was dry, and flat and I was completely shocked. I then was outraged when Proline said they cannot refund it as they can see my skate was dirty, and that the image is likely to wear away if it they get wet. But it wasn't wet as my skates are suede. I sent images only a few days after purchase, and they are going to do nothing about it. Even if these wheels were used for weeks, I wouldn't expect this amount of wear to the images. It disgraceful and I highly recommend not purchasing.

Hi there, We are sorry you feel this way. We have explained the reasons in all direct e-mails to yourself but we will re-iterate below: As can be seen in the images you have supplied, the underside of your skate and the cores of the wheels have dirty water marks all over them. The graphic is going to rub off and with the aid of dirty water this is going to happen quicker. The graphic will wear under normal use and is not a case for concern as this will not affect the integrity of the wheel in the slightest. We cannot accept used wheels back for return unless there is a manufacturing fault and a graphic rubbing off does not constitute a manufacturing defect. Regards
