“PLFS provided sound advice during a phone enquiry. Delivery was next day as promised. Quality of latest lamp (generic) is as good as the original. Generic lamp purchased for a different model a year ago is still running well with no sign of dimming. Great service and advice. Thank you.”

“Have used this firm before and will do again. Bulbs sometimes arrive and do not work, for whatever reason. Having contacted the company, we return them and receive a new one. Usually work second time round. Only downside - you have to pay to return the bulb and of course wait again for another new one.”
