“We bought 2 bags of Fish Blood and Bone, really happy with the product nice a free flowing makes it easy to spread and fork in around the plants. As we live close we did click and collect, we were greeted with friendly helpful staff. Happy to deal with ProGreen again,”

“Good information on the website as to relative merits of available products. Easy ordering. When I had a telephone query, the phone was promptly answered by a “human.” Query politely and quickly resolved and I received the product swiftly. I will definitely use this company again.”

“Poor service, I placed an order over the phone on Monday making sure we required the items for delivery on Friday at the latest. Did not receive the goods and when phoned Pro Green and asked for a tracking number to check on my expected delivery I was told the items had not been dispatched as one item was damaged in the warehouse which can happen from time to time but to my frustration, they should have told me there was going to be a ten-day delay on your item. We have got contractors booked for the weekend that we have now had to cancel due to your poor customer service.”

“On this occasion the service wasn’t up to their usual high standards. Communication and stock availability were very poor. I ordered 6 bags of fertiliser on a Wednesday morning, the web site says orders are usually dispatched the following working day and delivery takes 1 to 2 days. I waited until the following week to chase my order, I phoned up and the order had been diverted to a mobile, the lady I spoke to said she would call me back first thing in the morning with an update, the call never happened. I then phoned again and upon questioning the delay it turned out they didn’t have the stock to dispatch. My goods arrived 8 days after me placing the order.”
