“This was the worst experience I have ever had a lot of money was lost during switch of money for both myself and my husband which I was only informed of from my pension provider and when I contacted profile they didn't even know it took nearly a month for them to tell me it was market volatility no chance to cancel not informed when my IFA left the company while I was still trying to get to the bottom of a delay and exactly what happened wish I could leave a minus on the star rating most certainly would not recommend.”

At Profile we take your concerns seriously, but as you will be aware from our discussions with you – the reduction in the value of your pension was the result of the stock market fluctuations experienced across the globe over the last few months over which we had no control.
