“Having been with my previous Pension Provider I was very disappointed at the lack of contact & the plan it was set up for. Aegon Scottish Equitable contacted me & provided a much better plan to suit my needs. Alan Pitt was very helpful & guided me through everything. I look forward to a long association with them.”

“I found the guy's all very welcoming if not a little text book at times. They were very thorough and applied no pressure to sign up at any time.. The text that is sent out to accompany the telephone conversation is clear and easy to understand. Would certainly recommend people to at least listen.”

“A very good Pension review by an extremely proffessional and pleasant adviser, who outlined the findings of my review and provided a breakdown of her findings with comparisons to other pensions providers, which resulted in me moving my pension to a provider who on previous information available would have given me a better return and have a far lower administration charge. My adviser was freely available to answer my questions and provide assurance on the proposed change.”

“I am very pleased that you have moved to me I'm pleased I can always give you a call when you're on the other end of the line but I'm just so frightened that I would never be able to call you if I was really really Sick. “This was the worst experience I have ever had a lot of money was lost during switch of money for both myself and my husband which I was only informed of from my pension provider and when I contacted profile they didn't even know it took nearly a month for them to tell me it was market volatility no chance to cancel not informed when my IFA left the company while I was still trying to get to the bottom of a delay and exactly what happened wish I could leave a minus on the star rating most certainly would not recommend.”

We are very sorry you were not happy with the outcome from transferring your pension. At Profile we take your concerns seriously, but as you will be aware from our discussions with you – the reduction in the value of your pension was the result of the stock market fluctuations experienced across the globe over the last few months over which we had no control. Nonetheless we are disappointed you have not been satisfied with the service offered and will strive to improve our communications to try to better address your concerns going forward.
