“Stated item was in stock and would be delivered in 3-5 days but now it’s going to take nearly 6weeks for me to get the item even tho the staff said a week at most when I contacted them and the things I did receive items are missing and still waiting to find out what’s going on with the missing item so far not happy with the service with the ÂŁ3k+ Iv spent with them. We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We completely understand your frustration and do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the Saw this is a direct product from our supplier and is something which is completely out of our hands. We can only inform you in relation to what our supplier updates us with. We are aware of this being extremely frustration and always strive to give regular updates to our customers. With regards to the missing part of your order, we have checked CCTV footage and can see that these were packed in one of the boxes. We are sorry that investigations into this can take time, due to the protocols we have to follow. I can see that this has now been resolved and a member of our team has been in touch.
