“This company is being investigated by both the police & my bank as no goods were ever received. Phone calls & emails were not responded to. I have been more than fare & patient for 3 months. The website seems to still be having maintenance work done on it [Since December last year].”

“I have to say what a great company this is. Great prices and offers, and delivery is 1st class. I was introduced to colloidal silver many years ago whilst in holiday in New Zealand - I was given a book by Max Crarer and have never looked back. I need a fresh supply but cannot get through to the company 😕. Should I be concerned.”

“I have been a customer of Pro Colloidal for years. Good product. Always been happy. A bit of a hiccup with my recent order, it didn't arrive, I had the email to say it was dispatched, but no delivery. I sent a message to the customer service department, no reply, so I sent another one, again no reply. So I telephoned after a week. The gentleman said he would look into it. A couple of days after, there was a another notification of impending delivery, then the delivery happened a couple of days after. I'm happy to have received the Silver, but on a Customer Service level, not good. Why have a system set up to notify them of any queries, if it's just ignored? This is the only time I've had a problem, delivery previously has been Swift. But I had to wait quite a long time for this one.”

“I use colloidal silver for all sorts of things. As a mouthwash for toothache it's a game changer; a glug or two for a few days when a cold threatens helps to ward it off. I clean wounds with it and put a slop in the dogs' drinking water if they show signs of not being well. I have even been known to clean surfaces with it. Buying two, one litre, bottles at a time from Pro Colloidal Silver at their offer price is the cheapest I found.”

“Excellent product have been a satisfied customer for years. After several e/mail requests i am unable to access my account. I have tried to order as an one off customer but it comes up as account already operational. I am unable to get my regular discount. My last order was ordered by my married daughter who could not use mt discount. My emails have not been answered. S.O.S. Please. JA”
