I also got stung by this company for £15 only a few days ago. Same story, pop up from unrelated site which would not go away. I was not aware that anybody could charge your phone account for a "purchase" . My phone operator will not block this so I decided that I'd also cancel the phone contract. Effectively my phone was like a credit card, one click £15. Phone operators should not allow "payforit" to charge accounts. I wonder how much money sb7 have made in this way?

It happened to me too: 20£ charged directly to my EE account. Has anyone managed to get the money back from sb7mobile?

This supposed fun website is a scam and operates in nobody's interest. It is just plain theft. Why would anybody play a game which costs £5 a second? It is easy to quickly rack up unwanted expense. If you use a touchscreen mobile you are almost certainly going to touch one of the options to try and get rid of what appears to be just an annoying pop-up. You couldn't get stung this way using a desktop PC with mouse. I was fortunate that my mobile service provider was able to revoke the charges and have blocked my phone from being able to receive any more. I am slightly suspicious why any phone provider allows any of its customers to get stung this way. Even if you had an unlimited supply of money you would not spend any of it this way. Complain to http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/

Absolutely disgusting company! Thieves! I also got charged £30 on my phone bill as I assumed this was a 'pop up' whilst I was browsing on my phone, so quickly clicked through the answers to make it go away! Then I get a text regarding a receipt!!! Fuming!

For anyone else who has experienced this, yes apparently they can take your money from just one click these days if you're browsing on your phone, which was a surprise to me. Call 02035030953 to get your number removed, otherwise you may get futher texts. It's a standard rate number and they'll comply without resistance but won't give you your money back. Apparently on the page it shows after the click theres a link there to cancel your entry, which you have a 10 minute window to do, so apparently they say it's your own fault. Also complain to the regulator! http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/ are the people legally responsible for dealing with this, and have the power to shut them down. They take this kind of thing seriously, they're aware of SB7 and they're working on it. The woman on the phone said there was a small chance of getting a refund, if they can show the pitch to be fraudulent/misleading. So the more complaints they get the better!

Somehow you in one site and before you know it you are in the Prize Fun are charging you a weekly fee.....such a scam....when you call all they say is, you clicked a box and said yes and if you did not click a box it means you still want what they offering! It is so frustrating that company's are taking advantage of online marketing.
