“Fraser was phenominal. He took the time to understand my request and was patient with me as we spoke through different mortgage options. He was attentive and communicated excellently throughout the process, chasing relevant parties to obtain the mortgage offer, and even managed to secure a better deal than the original quote. Spend some time with us to understand our circumstances and then went away to find us the best deal. Once that was agreed, Tom kept us informed all through the journey.
