As I have not received the item ordered I’m unable to review. The courier company sent it back to you as they attempted delivery 3 times and I wasn’t home but I haven’t heard anything about what happens next

Mug received smashed, asking for a replacement, they happily obliged, however this one also turned up with a crack and chip in it, refund requested. Box needs fragile putting on and maybe more protection inside.

Hi Emma, thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry that both your original order and the replacement were found to be damaged upon delivery. We did trial adding fragile labels to our boxes, but found that this didn't have a positive effect on the number of breakages. We also added stronger bubble-wrap this year, which I'm pleased to say has brought down the number of breakages that occur. We'll keep working to improve this further, though as we're clearly not all the way there yet! Thank you for your feedback, and if there's anything else we can help with please do let us know. I've not received my order it said it was out for delivery on 6 th December and I've still not received it a week later

They use yodel which is the worst delivery service. It never arrived, the staff gave me the wrong information saying it was on its way and I would have it soon and then came to find out it was never on the delivery van. complete waste of time. But got my money back.

I ordered a small gift for a Secret Santa present on the 25th November. They said it would arrive between then and 1st December. It got to 1st December, I rang up and the shipment had somehow vanished. They offered to send another one but that didn't work for me.

My parcels got delivered last week but I unfortunately didn't receive a note that they had put it in the green bin which got emptied. I emailed them and they responded straight away with the same order sent out again. The second parcels came but unfortunately I'm still missing an item that they forgot was on my order.

For the price of a sheet I think it’s a little pricey. I was very disappointed with the quality of the picture. I also was half expecting a more glossier paper. But nevertheless it a good idea. Adds that special touch for my families gifts. Was no delay with my paper, well packaged

I ordered my wrapping paper with quite a lot of time in advance probably a week. All now I haven’t received it. I’m soo upset as this was a birthday present for my little nephew he would have loved it. I’ve had no correspondence since I’ve ordered and it was quite a lot of money for something that didn’t even come. To be honest I’d like my money back as I’m not very happy with the service.

Ordered 2 parcels for 1 which was correct and the other one was wrong I think someone’s else’s. a bit disappointed as I needed the gift yesterday. Still haven’t received my other gift yet. Probably won’t order from here again
