Production quality was good but when I asked for a quote for follow on reprints I was first quoted a much higher than the original unit price. After negotiation their reprint cost was still 90% higher than the competition. This is in contrast to the usual print on demand model where the marginal cost for reprints is much lower. DO NOT USE if you anticipate reprints , This is not how print on demand should work. I feel I have been conned

1. I am very satisfied with their services. 2. The quotation I received from POD was very reasonable. 3. I cannot express enough of my thanks to POD. They have been excellent, caring and very prompt and more so extremely helpful to remsolve any outstanding issues throughout the duration of the project. 4. I am very impressed with Print on Demand Worldwide in many respects, from the initial set up and guidance by Curtis, through to the help of Jen, and those who have be diligent in the production process itself, I thank you all! They understand the personal connection is so important for the customer, something that seems to be lost on many other companies. Producing your own book, as in my case, can be a massive undertaking and took 5 years of research, and I needed that reassurance that the finished product will look as professional as possible to compete. I am pleased to say POD delivered on every aspect. I have a number of people asking me about the best print-on-demand service, of which I recommend POD of course based on my personal experience. Thank you all again.

Absolutely fantastic customer support - Curtis in particular was really helpful and kept in touch regularly. Really pleased with our yearbooks, thanks to all on the team! Great prices too - I was pretty thorough looking for a printer and couldn't find a more competitive price anywhere.

We worked with PODWW to print our bi-annual comic book for young ecoWarriors. Our account manager, Curtis, held our hand through the entire process, assisted when our digital files were slightly off spec, and made sure we hit the fine delivery timelines - he made the process so reassuring for us. The end quality was better than expected. We will be back to use their Print on Demand option soon, and look forward to publishing the next annual with them too! Thank you!

A big bouquet for this firm. Precision, punctuality and courtesy are clearly at the heart of its corporate culture. That my first experience of managing the production of a book, from writing to copy in hand, was wholly positive was in good measure thanks to the help of Curtis Roberts-Argrave. Excellent value.

If you are new to Self Publishing or just looking for a good deal PODWW are certainly worth looking at. Great prices. Delivery as ordered. Any problems always solved amicably Finally, Jen and Curtis made me feel as if my tiny order was as much a priority as Mr Penguins!! Geoffrey Smiles

I am a debut self-published author who used Writersworld to help guide me through the minefield of self-publishing. Graham Cook who runs the company uses Printondemand and I can see why as the quality from cover to cover is first class. The service I received from my account manager was second to none. The projected delivery date I was given was spot on, especially when you consider we were in lockdown, and it was just ten days before Christmas. They were all well packaged so arrived in pristine condition.

Absolutely awful experience with PODWW on our first book. Extremely poor lapses in communication, continued "machine-breakdowns" when deadlines are approaching and very poor quality printing with a great level of disparity in quality amongst numerous copies of the same publication. Overall, for the price we have paid combined with the service/print-quality received, I would be certain in not recommending PODWW to any of my colleagues and peers. They attempt to give the impression of a caring company who put you, the authors, right at the centre of the process, yet when they continually make mistakes, promise phone calls/emails that don't materialize and fail to meet deadlines on numerous occasions, you are left with a feeling of quite the contrary. 1/10 - I would not return. Very poor.

This was the first time I had tried publishing a book which was a collection of cartoons drawn during lockdown called "The Corona Chronicles 2020". After trying other printers I was recommended by a friend to try Printondemand-Worldwide Printers. I found the process of submitting files, making a payment and checking proofs on the website to be very straight-forward for a technophobe like me! The company was very efficient especially Jen Brooks who was my go-to person for advice and expertise and I found her to be very friendly and helpful in solving any difficulties (mainly caused by me) very quickly and effectively....I can't praise her highly enough! Thanks also to Curtis Roberts-Argave who helped guide me through the process. I was very pleased with the final product so much so that I will definitely return to them for Volume 2.

I am the founder and owner of WRITERSWORLD, a leading self-publishing company that has exclusively used the excellent services of Printondemand-worldwide for many years. You might have the best book distribution service and the best book promotion service etc., but none of that matters if you do not have a UK-based printer like Printondemand-worldwide. The quality of the paper and printing is superb, and their treatment of our clients – who can buy their books directly at contract rates – is superb. The service we have had for years has always been superb, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody.

My company have been with Print on Demand World Wide since it first started and we have always found the service to be extremely high and the quality of the printing excellent. My clients are very impressed with the training books that are produced which reflects on the service that we provide. In particular we have found members of staff to be courteous and efficient and in particular Curtis Robert-Argrave who also takes great initiatives. We would certainly not hesitate in recommending Print on Demand World Wide.

Even with the restrictions of this wretched CV19 virus, and some unanticipated printing process production issues, PODWW produced a fine book for me - with multiple, sharp, high quality colour images, and, beautifully rendered mono type. I requested 2 proofs - to gauge different Hardback types. Although it took longer than anticipated, at every stage, the team were responsive to my concerns, with very helpful practical suggestions, to achieve an excellent result on exceptional quality paper. Thank you, Jen, Curtis and Team. Prior to approaching PODWW, I had some very disheartening and disappointing experiences with 2 different companies. I have no hesitation in warmly commending PRINT ON DEMAND WORLD WIDE.

Excellent service and quality in a period of lockdown when co-ordination cannot be easy for any printer, let alone one dealing with short runs and first time publishers. But my small order of various titles (and different sizes) was delivered earlier than expected, the quality superb, and a small hitch rectified instantly. I must give special mention to Jennifer Brooks in Customer Service who, knowing the importance of one of the titles - a personal memento for my two sons' birthdays - kept an eye on things from start to finish ensuring a happy outcome. On what was hardly a profitable transaction for POD, she kept me updated daily and gave the matter her personal attention as if I was ordering 10,000 hardbacks. Great stuff, thank you.

Terrible print company. Book printing is absolutely terrible quality. From pages falling out. To missed delivery deadlines. Promising to meet deadlines and failing. Hiking prices last minute. Inconsistent quality. Not able to trim the files to the correct size. Ever! They take your money. deliver poor, inconsistent quality and miss deadlines.

I wrote an autobiography fro my family and had it printed by POD . The first printing was fine as was the second but when I ordered a third printing it came boxed and as I did not need the books at that time I only glanced at the books. They all looked fine but after a month or so I found out that all the photos were missing. i complained but did not receive an apology and found their comments a little arrogant. Not a hint of an apology. My advice, Go elsewhere there are many others who will do a better job

I have had my autobiography printed by POD world wide. ( primarily for my family. The first print was fine a second print was also fine but when I ordered a third batch they arrived in a box and I assumed they were correctly printed. I did not check every individual book but latterly discovered that all the photographs were missing. When I complained all I got was that I should have checked every book. They was not even the hint of an apology. I found them to be unhelpful and almost arrogant. Look elsewhere is my advice. i certainly would not use them again

We've been a loyal customer of POD Worldwide for around five years. The service started out very good and then quickly went into decline and hasn't recovered. We have been flagging the same issues for four years (and even suggested potential solutions) but it is clear it falls on deaf ears. Print errors, trim errors, slow turnaround, slow to respond and correct issues are all pretty much par for the course. If you've got a one-off job, by all means, try them - you may get lucky - but if you are looking for a long-term print partner, I would have to say, look elsewhere.
