“I spoke to George from Cartridge People. I am a first time customer and was very impressed. My call was answered in under a minute. I did not have the reference for one of the items but George was able to find the item quickly. He talked me clearly through the delivery process and what to expect. Subsequent emails confirmed what was advised. I was very surprised that my stationary order arrived the following day. I had expected much longer. The company used both a Courier and Royal Mail. Cartridge People has first class processes in place. Indeed, I would go as far to say that one should check them out first, rather than assuming that Amazon is the answer to all your requirements.”

“First class delivery service. Irritating start up instructions and jammed cardboard inside machine stopping cartridge carriage moving. Managed set up however still needed cable as wireless operation was intermittent Excellent polite phone service from George, thank you.”

“I have just reordered some ink cartridges from Cartridge People, and there must have been a glitch on their system because instead of the last order coming up, it was a slightly different combination of cartridges, all of which I could use in my printer except one: grey! I did not realise the mistake, as I had not checked the order until I got my dispatch note. Cartridge People are so quick and efficient, the ink arrived next day, so I sent back the grey by return post. The grey was in a separate box, and charged separately on the invoice, and when this was pointed out, George from Cartridge People phoned to apologise and tell me I'd get a full credit on my account. This restored my faith in Customer Service, and Cartridge People. Now, weirdly, the order I wanted to repeat (from Feb 2020) has vanished from my Order History! It just shows that websites and computer systems have a mind of their own... and it always pays to check before the final click! Watch out for 'Rapid Reorder' sending you something else! I think this could apply to any website... I really appreciate that I can get own brand large capacity cartridges for my printer, far cheaper than branded, quickly and, thanks to George, with great Customer Service, so I would recommend Cartridge People to everyone with a printer.”

“Excellent customer service. Had a query and needed/hoped to return cartridges bought for a now defunct printer, which I then wanted to replace. George was extremely helpful, explained, and followed up with email detailing procedure to follow. Will be purchasing new printer and cartridges from Cartridge People with no qualms. Good value for money.”

“Had an issue with some compatible cartridges. Called and they e-mailed a couple of fix ideas but unfortunately they didnt work. So they sent me replacement cartridges, which arrived next day, and that solved the problem. Also sent some tea bags as a apology gesture and to have a cuppa on them :-) Thanks to George & Simon”
