“The job I asked to be printed was incomplete. The pages are incomplete, data is missing. The book is unusable. Update; I am sorry that I didn’t give you the opportunity to help me when the book didn’t come out the way I expected. I was wrong to not talk to you about it first. I didn’t expect that you would reprint and mail another book. It’s perfect. Thank you for doing that for me. You’re a good person. Better than me. I’m sorry.”

Hello You have emailed us saying the text is too small to read. On checking the PDF this would have been better printed in A4. You did not mention the PDF was incomplete which is a shame as we have resent this order in A4 at no extra cost to you but if it is incomplete it will be no good.

“PDF came back as I ordered. Simple process, and easy to use website. I did order the wrong size though, bc as an American I'm not as up to speed on the standard European paper sizes...But that's my fault. Cheers”
