“Placing the order was very easy and the girl that took my order was very pleasant and helpful. However delivery took a little longer than expected, but all arrived eventually ok. Overall everything was good”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We apologise you had problems with our checkout system. As a responsible company and in an effort to combat fraud, we have put in place an extra layer of security for card payments over the internet. This is called 3d secure which asks the user for a password on the card they are using after submitting card details. 3d secure is common place for almost all vendors on the internet. We apologise for the inconvenience.

“The product itself is excellent, I ordered it after the bulb in my original one broke and couldn't find how to order a replacement bulb. My massive issue however was the lenght of time for the delivery. I ordered the product months ago. I can't remember the exact date but it must have been approximately 3-5 months ago. I must queery why the delivery took so long? Marc”

“For us the website wasn't great for ordering but that could have been us as we were a first time user and we had to set up an account. Having said that we were quickly contacted and the order taken by phone. Delivery times were excellent. The only real negative was that I had to phone to chase up our invoice as we didn't receive anything at the time of purchase.”

“I bought a Marsden M-540 scales for just over £100. I bought it because I wanted to buy quality and preferably something from the UK (and not Germany). But alas this scales was made in China too. It is apparently heavy duty but whether it will last is yet to be determined. Certainly the display/read-out is a bit on the flimsy side. So Primary Care Supplies were OK and the thing arrived quickly. But nowhere was it stated that this is a Chinese product. That's disappointing.”
