A big disappointment! It honestly would have been easier and less stressful to ask friends/family to send money for us to order our own gifts. I had several large items on the list, they were paid for and secured. To then be told that those items have been discontinued and the money will have to be sent to us (with a charge to transfer apart from our last gift after complaining). But it took weeks for us to get this news, after weeks of chasing where our wedding presents were. Most of our large gifts were garden items and after chasing for weeks and being let down, and it now being the end of summer. There are no garden items for us to buy online or we are going to have to pay double to get what we had originally wanted months before, when adding them to our list. When making a complaint, the lady was very nice but quick to blame covid and other issues. They would not give us any compensation for the time wasted or the difference in price for the products now out of season. But instead they are sending us a 'gift' which 2 weeks later, we still have not received anything. Super disappointing! Do not use this 'middle man company'!

Average website that tries to force you into everything prezola. 5 months since our wedding and yet to receive some items, Prezola say this is a supply chain issue…

UTTER SCAM - DO NOT USE: It has now been four months since our wedding and we have yet to receive roughly half our gifts and Prezola have said it is likely we won't receive most of them until sometime in 2022. Prezola keep emailing and saying this is due to 'supply chain issues' but most of the outstanding gifts (including commonplace things like cookbooks and crockery) are clearly listed as available on supplier websites and I could easily order them myself if I had the money and receive them within a couple of days. It has been embarrassing to explain to wedding guests that we still have not received their gifts due to Prezola, and completely inexcusable at this point. If you are organising a wedding do not use Prezola unless you are happy for most of your gifts to take at least half a year to arrive.

Dear Prezola, We have waited patiently 2 months for our wedding gifts to be received. Meanwhile we have had to purchase a few items we needed from our gift list. Our guests are disappointed that we have not received the gifts they have kindly gifted us for our wedding. Our experience with Prezola has been by far the worst customer experience from any supplier that we have received over the course of the last 18 months of rescheduling our wedding three times due to the pandemic. We do not need the added stress. An update was promised and not delivered and the delivery has not been fulfilled. If the items are not in stock, we are happy to receive a cash refund via bank transfer (we have emailed the personal information). If the gifts are not sent to us and received by November 25th 2021, we will opening a small claims case which will be an additional cost to Prezola along with compensation asked for the delay. This is a fair notice of 2 weeks given and the date today is 11th November, 2021. Helen Parker

We initially thought Prezola looked great - a wide choice of brands and items. We carefully curated our list and our friends and family bought us gifts of their choice. I confirmed my list (which triggers ordering of the items) over 3 months ago. I am still waiting for items on my list to come. In the initial delivery some items that were meant to be included were missing - extra hassle to get this sorted and replaced. Now I’m told there are supply and order processing delays. Most of the pending items are available from their brand-specific website and I could order them myself within moments….but Prezola have my friends and families money. I was told over the phone that all but a small item were going to arrive in mid September. Now I am told they aren’t available/are awaited. It has taken so long to order one of the gifts that it has stopped being produced. I hear nothing from Prezola until i hassle them - I think if I left it I’d simply never receive our outstanding gifts. I have to say I’ve never been so upset with a company. They appear disorganised and unable to deliver what they offer. It has been unbelievably frustrating and I would warn anyone getting married to avoid them at all costs. It’s not worth the awful experience, and essentially ruins the receipt of gifts as it’s such a hassle.

I’m going to keep this short as I can. Prezola only allows you to receive your gifts once you’ve “finalised” your list which is normally after wedding is done. From that point on you have 4-6 weeks to receive items, most of which will probably be quite essential to your home if like me you expected to use prezola as a wedding registry service to buy all the main things for starting a new home e.g I had to wait 6 weeks for my kitchen bin to arrive and was using black bags until it did since I didn’t want to spend further money on a temperature bin while I waited. It has been THREE months now and I still have no dish rack and no kitchen knives, amongst other stuff such as a console (I’ve been doing all my chopping using steak knives). Not to mention that by the time your list is finalised expect to be informed that items on your list are now out of stock and can’t be obtained. I’ve contacted customer services numerous amount of times (who failed to reach out and keep me informed about why it’s taking so long). I was told my dish rack would arrive by end of November and the knives would arrive beginning of December. Nothing has arrived and yet again no one has reached out to me to update me. This is a company who cares very little about its customers, has 0 communication and organisation and I am so fed up of having to call customer service just to be informed about when my items will arrive when they continue to fail to deliver what they promised. It baffles me why a company like prezola is unable to work with its BIG NAME suppliers to get the products that have been ordered. Very disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

Absolute garbage company. First, Prezola gives you the option to 'lock in' gifts early (months before the wedding, after a gift has been purchased). The purpose of this is so they can order them in advance to have them ready in time for the wedding. We locked in two gifts in June, it is now almost November (our wedding was in September), and we are being told we have to wait until 'some time' next year to get them. A large percentage of other gifts that our guests had specifically chosen for us became 'out of stock' months after ordering, meaning we wont get a lot of what our guests wanted to actually buy us. Prezola was also only able to source parts of full sets (e.g. champagne glasses out of a set that included the same wine glasses and tumblers etc.), so instead of having anything matching we have a random assortment with no way of obtaining the full sets. Many items they claim to be impossible to source are widely available from hundreds of other suppliers online. For a company whose sole job it is to source items, I dont think they could source sand in the Sahara. After multiple calls to their customer service, with the promise of a call back from a manager, I still have not received a call or any suggestion of a resolution. They will hold your guests money hostage if they cannot get what you asked for, even if the item is available everywhere else. Despite the huge price mark up, we went with Prezola as we thought it would be an easy way to set up a registry and have all of our gifts shortly after the wedding. After having such a perfect wedding day, the only thing I would go back and change is ever considering using this useless company.

I would not recommend any couple that is getting married to use prezola. The gifts took 4 months to arrive and we had a number of gifts that we had to change as they were not able to source the original gifts that our guests had bought for us.

Amazing service, lovely customer service and so many brands to choose from. Our guests found it really easy and all of our gifts arrived beautifully wrapped with individual gift messages attached. Highly recommend and much better than John Lewis.

I would not recommend Prezola to anyone else getting married..... 3 of our gifts were taken off after being bought.....then after organising delivery, our cutlery set also went off the list and they were trying to push a second rate set on us. I had to push back at this point and say no.... Our delivery has been even worse......messed up with Parcelforce with delays, called and asked for another date, told me that was fine....surprise surprise I have texts come through saying they have left all of our wedding fits with a random neighbour.................all they can do is apologise....cheers prezola!!!!
