DO NOT SHOP from them! DO NOT SHOP from them!! Absolutely thieves!! I’m still chasing them for my refunds and it’s taking months! There is no phone number customer service is the worst ever it’s just a nightmare to get my refund. Honestly will never gonna shop with them again!!!

Would give this no stars if possible. I received my order which was missing one item. Have contacted customer service who said they would review this on CCTV. They have since came back saying that they have reviewed CCTV and it was packed. Basically calling me a liar. Also have said they will not reissue the order or give refund. Never experienced anything like this in my life!! Awful company! Never order from then again

If I could give it no stars I would, tried to place an order and it failed but money was still taken from my account, emailed customer service straight away and I’m still waiting for an answer on what happened from them.I haven’t received a refund and it’s been nearly 5 weeks, customer service is not helpful at all and giving me excuse after excuse telling me to wait another 8 business days now for an update about my refund , would not advise to order from this company absolutely disgraceful 5 weeks and still no refund, I’ve sent about 30 emails with no satisfaction

Unfortunately, I have purchased from this company and my order was missing an item and one of them items came incomplete. The customer service is a joker as for the incomplete item they offered me a discount code for my next shopping (as they constantly have some discount codes on their website so of course as you can use only one they wouldn't lose anything). For the missing item they refused to refund me the money claiming they reviewed the footages and they had seen the item being packed. I haven't received the item but despitefully that all they did was refused to help me and suggested my claims were untrue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY -SCAMMERS!!!!!

Part of my order didn’t arrive. Thought it was going to be an easy process when they said they’d check CCTV footage of my order being packed. Instead I was basically called a liar and was told I wasn’t getting a refund or reorder and the decision was final and they wouldn’t be revisiting my claim. They’ve just taken my money and are now ignoring my emails. So disappointed as I’ve been shopping with them for about 4/5 years with no problems. Now I know I won’t ever be again.

Was missing items off of my order so I contacted the customer service team, where 2 separate members of staff told me they had reviewed the packing footage and my order was fully packed and I was lieing about not receiving my items, and I would be reported to their fraud team if I continued. I kept on, and contacted them via another website where a separate member of staff reviewed the footage, and APOLOGISED because my missing items WERE NOT packed into my parcel and the previous members of staff (Lynda and Ryan) had obviously LIED. I’ve been refunded but it just goes to show how far they’re willing to go for a couple of £. Completely dishonest, shady company with the RUDEST lieing Customer Service team on the planet. Except Jack, Jacks cool.

I contacted them after 2 items were missing from my order and they refuse to refund/ credit/ or send the items. They have sent me 6+ emails fighting with me saying that I am lying about the missing items. I’ve never been so upset with a purchase in my life. Also nothing looks the way it does online. Horrible horrible experience, with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Would not even give one star Would not even give one star. Website is terrible, so jumpy. I placed an order and selected next day delivery. Website reverted back itself to standard delivery and customer services cannot change this now. Never heard of any online company not being able to change shipping. Their answer was reorder and return one lot once it arrives with me. Problem is the items are now oos and i will have to pay for two lots of shipping and returns.

Placed an order expecting delivery by a certain date. Order did not arrive by promised date. Dealing with customer service has been a complete waste of time. From returning the item to getting a refund. It's been going on for 3 months. They're all incompetant monkies.

I ordered a a wide leg trousers from pretty little thing it was £30 and they sent me a ‘cheap black top’ from primark! With no paper inside to return it or anything! This is the worst clothing company I have ever seen!!

The worst possible online shopping website. They sell cheap $2 china made products at inflated prices. I purchased a pair of metal heel boots and they turned out to be plastic heels with a metallic wrap. And they want me to return the product to them at my expense. It's not a change of mind. It's the wrong product. In legal terms "deceptive conduct". In layman terms "cheating".

Ordered items and the bag was delivered open. Items were missing and they didn’t want to refund me. When I sent 4 items back they only refund me £30 when I should have received £65. Customer services are shocking! It’s been over a month now after them telling me I will get my refund and I’ve had no such luck.

Clothes do not look like they do in the pictures on the website. Colors are completely different in person. Ordered a bright green dress and in person it was dark green.

I ordered a sweater that never arrived and according to the tracking number, it was about 3 weeks passed the expected delivery date when I decided to reach out to PLT. about the issue. After multiple emails going back and forth with customer service, who kept leading me on, asking for more time for the sweater to arrive, after a month a half they (Chloe) finally promised to refund my money and mark it as "lost". A few weeks and more emails sent to them from myself, I was completely IGNORED and never received my refund. I had to call up my credit card company to open a dispute. I am a great customer but after this experience, they can keep their $20 because they lost a very good customer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Made an order last month. Never came on time and I was going on holiday. It apparently came in two packages. One of the packages was returned to plt the other package was left on the front porch, for anyone to see as they walk past. You let your courier leave my stuff outside what do you expect… my stuff will get stolen. Who leaves things outside. They’re not even allowed to do that. If I’m not in they should do 2 other attempts to deliver or it should be sent back to the sender. This is on Hermes own website. They’ve been holding my money for longer than a month refusing to refund me. they told me I had to get a crime reference number. The police told me that they cannot give me a crime reference number because those items were not in my possession therefore it’s not my responsibility. PLT know this because this is in the consumer rights act to ensure the goods are delivered and it’s plts responsibility to report theft and do an investigation. But they just think we’re stupid and they can keep our money. So I’m going to escalate the matter further on resolver plus my bank is involved. And I’ll get my money back. Mind you they still haven’t refunded me for the package that was returned to them.
