“I didn’t order anything from you. This is a mistake emailing me about an order. Sorry”

“The size guide is not correct. I suggest ordering your normal size, 12,14,16 etc. the measurements in the size guide led us to ordering a size up which was massive. Quality good, as expected. Error with exchange meant 2 items received with a further return to do. Hopefully we will get there in the end. No tag to lock zip of returns bag included?”

“Didn't get my first choice as post office failed to deliver, not surprising, label does not stick well to the packaging, showing what is in the parcel is too tempting for anyone who would like a free present at Christmas time,”

“Sorry you are advertised as a bamboo fabric site. However my order was rayon and polyester. Very misleading. Only some of your products are bamboo. Disappointed”

“I ordered 2 nightwear items, under the impression they were both bamboo. To find out that one set of pyjamas weren't bamboo. The other pair that were bamboo, were lovely. Then I contacted customer services and explained the situation and wanted to exchange the pyjamas for a bamboo nightie. They were very helpful and agreed to do this free of charge. Unfortunately Royal Mail were suppose to collect my parcel Saturday am, but didn't arrive. My daughter stayed in the afternoon to answer the door if needed. They didn't arrive, although they sent me a message saying the had tried to collect the parcel in the afternoon but no-one was in?”

“I buy regularly every Christmas presents of your slippers and they are always gratefully received as they are special-this year being my biggest purchases BUT this year I was extremely disappointed when I tried to find/buy the slipper bags that make up the finishing touches to the slippers without success!?! What I don’t understand is Why you have withdrawn these with no explanation or replacements??? Can you explain Why please 🙏 Thank you”

“Bought bamboo nightdress and PJs. Felt amazing first time worn. And still love. But unfortunately the fabric doesn't wash well. Bobbles etc after first wash. So doesn't feel like good quality.”

Hi there, We're so glad you like our product. As stated in our delivery terms, orders made after 12pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the next working for the working day that follows. Your order was made at 3:40pm Friday 20th March meaning it was dispatched on Monday 23rd March for delivery on 24th March. I'm sorry if this was misunderstood. “Lovely bamboo PJs but don’t know how long they will last because of quality issues. Customer services did offer me a new pair so I assume they’re all the same and it’s a production issue. Already the black stitching for the piping has frayed on the jacket inside (great clumps and tendrils coming lose which ended up on outside.) just hassle but nice PJs. Buttons loosing sewn - all came off in wash.”

“I bought some mink coloured pyjamas. They’re lovely and soft, and very comfortable, so I decided to keep them. However, some of the stitching under the arm was loose and untidy (not visible). I also have removed the metal Pretty You metal badge as they looked a bit cheap.”
