“I had a new patio put on costing nearly £5,000. About a year later it started cracking. I've now had other patio installers around and it turns out the workers didn't use the material they said they would (they used the cheapest possible material).
The patio came with a 10 year guarantee but the family dissolved the company after an argument. I tried contacting Rich Gould and the others but although he promised to contact me or come and take a look he never did. It is costing thousands more to put right.
Some of the most appauling service I have ever received. Use someone else.”
