“Ordered and recieved the boiler, it was well packed, came when stated, and is superb quality. Instructions are quite comprehensive in a booklet with other languages. It is now plumbed in and working well, and has solved the problem of a long waiting time to get hot water at the tap. Originally the time lag to get hot water at the tap was nearly a minute or slightly more with the added wastage of water. Now, no water wastage and less than 10 seconds to get hot water at the tap. Also cold water coming into the boiler is warmed by the hot already in the boiler tank thereby also saving money on electricity as it doesnt have to heat water from completely cold when you run water for jobs at the sink. So very pleased with the purchase, would recommend the product and company. Only job left to do now is to panel round where we fitted it.”
