The team seems to interact with each other very well so that even if you deal with one point of contact someone else picks up the baton to ensure seemless project delivery. All translations have proven to be of the highest order, which they need to be in the tough international retail environment, and I can relax in the knowledge that our customers will be satisfied with the quality of the translations provided. “I needed a short piece of English translated into Japanese for a forthcoming trip to northern Honshu. The work was done promptly and the translator suggested a couple of revisions where he/she felt that a literal translation of my English might not give quite the right impression. The work was provided in Word format as per my request and I was able to transfer it into an InDesign file with no difficulty. Very satisfied.”
