Very disappointed, I ordered the Spring Serenade LARGE bouquet for my wife, what she received was nothing short of a bunch of flowers I could have bought from my local Co-Op for a fraction of the price. Photos below of what I ordered and what my wife received. Never again. I would have thought my wife would have received at least more than the four roses she got with the bunch. Lots more roses in the advertised bouquet. A refund would be nice.

This website is not user friendly for phones. I tried several times to get past the guest account page but it would not progress. I had to then use a laptop.

Do not expect next day delivery flowers to be delivered on time. Wish I had heeded earlier reviews. Having ordered some five hours before the deadline for next day delivery and that I live in central Scotland close to Glasgow, I made, as it turns out, a very ill judged assumption that "prestige" actually meant something, hey ho you live and learn. Do not expect any customer centric conversation when you raise a non delivery issue. Arrogance beyond belief. Expensive and unreliable. Do no recommend.

Purchased the Wild and Wonderful bouquet for my sisters retirement. When I saw them, the bouquet was much smaller than advertised and to be honest couldn’t really be called a bouquet. When contacted Prestige Flowers was told that it says in the description that the photo depicts the medium bunch and I ordered the small - having checked, I admit this is the case however, it is at the bottom of the description and not obvious. Showing the same bunch for all sizes, I believe is false advertising and misrepresentation which I told the company. Was told that my photo of the flowers was an acceptable and accurate bunch of flowers but offered a £5 voucher off future order - I have uploaded their photo and the photo of flowers delivered. I won’t be ordering from Prestige again until they advertise accurately.

Couple of things... Not even close to the quality the photo would imply. Very expensive for what they were, while delivery was on the day it stated (I ordered them as a belated mother's day gift). The picture my mum sent me of them looked like half of them were missing, and most of them looked quite tired already. I was so disappointed and embarrassed that they were the surprise flowers I'd ordered her. Sat in the same room to them were a £4 bunch of flowers from Tesco which looked alive, beautiful and much better than what I spent close to £40 on. My mum called customer service to mention that they didn't look quite like you'd expect, and they were incredibly rude to her, implying she was responsible for the poor quality and noone apologised or acted remotely like they cared. She mentioned it to me when I went to see her last week and I'm mortified at how rude customer service was. I won't be use them again.

Need to make clear that the first address is for the recipient of the flowers and not the person paying for them and also make clear at the beginning that delivery is extra and not included as many are. You also give a picture for medium size but price is for small and all the pictures are identical.. cannot comment on actual bouquet as not yet been delivered.

Flowers were not as advertised - will never be using prestige flowers again! Paid extra for the large bouquet and the bouquet was very small. The flowers were dying within 3 days so I contacted customer services. Who then told me that they could not offer me a refund or new bouquet as I needed to contact them within three days. I explained their website stated that photos needed to be sent within 3 days and contact made with customer services within 7 days. I was then advised that they saw no issues with the flowers. Very very poor customer services.
