Flowers were not as advertised - will never be using prestige flowers again! Paid extra for the large bouquet and the bouquet was very small. The flowers were dying within 3 days so I contacted customer services. Who then told me that they could not offer me a refund or new bouquet as I needed to contact them within three days. I explained their website stated that photos needed to be sent within 3 days and contact made with customer services within 7 days. I was then advised that they saw no issues with the flowers. Very very poor customer services.

Really unimpressed. Came home to a box of flowers which I was not expecting and was very excited, upon opening them they were mouldy and the rose heads were dead. And they stunk of rotten vegetation as well as furry. Called the person who bought them for me and they were meant to be delivered 04.04.24 and were delivered today 14.04.24. They look as if they were made up and ready for the correct delivery date and then left and forgotten about. This is disgraceful and should not ever happen. Luckily they were a birthday gift and not a condolence gift. Disgusting service. And funny how your picture service doesn’t work to show the disgrace

Terrible experience!!!!! If you live in the UK, trying to pay using a globally recognised bank and are trying to send flowers to a loved one in Northern Ireland....do not use this service!!!. I apparently was highlight high risk for fraud (I'm still trying to work out the actual fraud event)...but the worst is I only got told very late, too late to make alternative arrangements and as a result, the person who was mean to recieve the thoughtful gesture didn't get it on their special day! Good news, apparently my card will be refunded! Still waiting for that to happen. Overall, there are better florists to use.

The flowers that arrived by post were half dead, brown and broken. There were leaflets advertising other services in the box, so I nearly threw out the very thoughtful card that came with it, prepared by my husband, because it was among the junk. We pay for a service, get a bad product and still get lots of junk mail with it. And we still get asked to do your social media advertising for you. Very disappointing especially when it’s meant for it to be such a nice gift! Plus, all the junk mail is unnecessary and bad for the environment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered a bouquet for a 50th anniversary. Checked delivery was available for the date of the anniversary (after inputting delivery address), then received a confirmation email confirming the delivery day (for the day of the anniversary) But, it turned up a day late. May sound trivial, but it’s not like a birthday that comes every year. Delivery was just outside Glasgow, central belt, and the response from customer service was “remote areas of Scotland can take longer” - I can get an Amazon deliver within 3hrs!!! Insulting part, when I complained they never even offered to refund the delivery (absolute minimum they should have done) never mind any other form of compensation. Disgraceful service, disgraceful after service.

Clciked on my first choice flowers but kept coming back to the same one so guess all pictures and no stock. Changes to payment and checkout are worse than it used to be. Why fix something that's not broke. 3/5, can do better.

Clearly lost the delivery address. Made limited effort to correct, single email, then when refused to cancel after ‘despatching’ the order a day late. I asked to cance within 5 minutes of them saying they would send them…. Hardly despatched. They responded with a sarcastic copy and paste of Ts and Cs. Website rubbish and FULL of hidden charges. Never use them again.
