Brought flowers for my mums birthday to be delievered. Paid for a Large bunch with this and delievery costing over £40 and what was received looks like a small bunch very disappointing. Will not be using again

Flowers sent for sister-in-laws birthday arrived dry & broken. She contacted you directly to avoid embarrassment. An email from Royal Mail advised me that a second bouquet had been dispatched

Very disappointed to order (and pay for) next day delivery, only to receive an email telling me that my order is with Royal Mail and will not be delivered for another 4 days! I can't imagine what state they will be in once they are delivered. Tried this company as a one off. Not happy at all.

Brought these as a sympathy for a friend who had lost her grandma. Spend a lot of money on what I thought would be a beautiful, large bunch of flowers. She text me saying thank you with a picture attached - I was horrified by what she had received. 😭

The flowers that were ordered yesterday (FRIDAY) were NEXT DAY DELIVERY but the e-mail this morning (Saturday) says, getting delivered on Tuesday. I'm not going to use this company again. This is my 1st time and my last. 😥

Really bad. Flowers were not delivered in water and the roses are all wilted and have not come back One pink stick in it Doesn't look anything like photos and I even paid for the larger bunch :( looks like a bunch of £15 Morrisons flowers. Won't be back .

I bought some flowers from you which were advertised at £36, some how I was charged £51. On top of that, the flowers were very poor quality. Really disappointed.

Royal mail delivery is really bad, no point getting birthday flowers and card at the end of the day. The flowers were in poor condition. Some with damage and brown specks on them. The chocolates are great but overall fairly poor. Flowers not up to standard. The system will not allow me to upload the pic's.

I'm hoping when the flowers actually arrive they are better than the reviews I have just read! They were supposed to be delivered today, but because they are delivered by a third party, prestige are not responsible! Passing the buck I hear you say. Definitely! Even if the flowers are amazing, when they do arrive, I would not use this company again!

Asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 19/04/24 because it was our daughter's 50th birthday but they just didn't arrive. Really upset about it as it wasn't cheap. Hopefully they might arrive tomorrow but not holding my breath as it's a Saturday.

Prestige Flowers is NOT 100% satisfaction guarantee as they put on their write up, it is though 100% let down. After being ready for delivery on the Friday, they did attempt to deliver my flowers on the Saturday and Monday but nothing on Tuesday or Wednesday, when they were supposed to be at the post office and someone called in for them twice but nothing. They were then emailed that the flowers would be delivered but with no other options. Unfortunately, they were unable to be in for that time and It now says they're available again to pick up but they are now a week old. I paid out almost £30 for them, which I could hardly afford. I chose prestige flowers because they sounded as if they wouldn't let you down but that is definitely NOT the case.

Was shocked when my friend sent me a photo of the flowers I sent her They were smaller than the small size yet I paid extra for the second size bouquet what a mess Could of got better at thd petrol Station. The first photo is what arrived the second us the phot from your website
