“We have been using Morgan Highfield for a number of years now. Alex and his team always go above and beyond when it comes to their excellent customer service, raising the bar compared to other leasing companies. Most recently exceeding all my expectations with a car that I was able to get within a time frame I never thought would even be possible in the current climate. The support and advice from Alex was very much appreciated after I received the car due some issues with the company who delivered the car. This was all resolved imminently by Alex who dealt with everything through the company and dealer. Furthermore, paying for a full tank of petrol and a car valet. “I’m now on my fifth car from MHL, and I think that speaks highly of how satisfied I’ve been over the years. The cars have always met my requirements fully, delivered timely and in perfect condition. I have has occasion to ask for a special request, and these have always been speedily addressed. The last occasion resulted in a small refund from the leasing company, a result of COVID.
