“Next day delivery advertised on website but item failed to arrive next day (Thu). Received message that FedEx had attempted delivery Fri but no one at home. This was incorrect - someone at home waiting for the item. Was advised ‘nothing we can do’ that day and delivery would take place Mon or could collect from FedEx. Went to depot and collected Sat and requested reimbursement from PTT of 50% delivery charge as item wasnt delivered but haven’t received a response - even to refuse! Not great customer service”
