“My experience of the course was that I worked through the hard copy manual first, then when had access to online, found the information was similar but it enabled me to revise what I had learnt from the manual, then finally the workshop yesterday covered the same information a third time, but it a little more detail, with a chance to apply the knowledge in a more practical way and having an instructor present to ask questions. So by this point I feel confident in using the knowledge I've picked up as it has been learnt / reinforced a couple of times, and am happy with how to complete the various questions / case study.”
