The venue choices are varied and easy to get to for me personally. Professional in delivery. Also in my experience you have been sensitive to personal needs in the past. “My experience of the course was that I worked through the hard copy manual first, then when had access to online, found the information was similar but it enabled me to revise what I had learnt from the manual, then finally the workshop yesterday covered the same information a third time, but it a little more detail, with a chance to apply the knowledge in a more practical way and having an instructor present to ask questions. So by this point I feel confident in using the knowledge I've picked up as it has been learnt / reinforced a couple of times, and am happy with how to complete the various questions / case study.”
