“Natalie was our main contact and she made the journey so seamless. We video recorded people's experiences for research and were supported by Natalie and Joe. They made participants feel at ease, suggested prompts etc. They worked their magic and the final product was amazing! I would love to work with them again.”

“We hired a 4m x 6m Unilumin video wall and Resolume server system from Premier UK for use on our Theatre production of Evita. From the beginning I was impressed with how friendly the staff were and how knowledgeable they were when spec'ing the kit we'd need. We had assistance in demo'ing and setting up the system and I always felt that in the event of something going wrong they'd be available to troubleshoot issues. As a local business we're really delighted to strike up a new relationship, especially in an area where we can continue to use the equipment of further events.”

“An easy and relaxed dry hiring experience every time. After hiring their L'Acoustics PA a lot I always go back to Premier as they focus on the small hires like mine just as much as their larger jobs. Nat was super helpful as always and the warehouse team prepped everything perfectly to my spec. Thanks especially to Nat, Jon, Alex and the warehouse team.”

“We hired some drapes for a performance we were holding in Leicester. Communication from start to finish was great and Natalie was really proactive with the information needed for the job they were doing. The drapes were just what we needed, the installation was all on time, self contained etc. and I'm really happy with the service we received. I would happily recommend them to other people.”

“From start to finish working with Premier was a great experience. Natalie looked after us so well - she realised i needed a lot of guidance as had never dealt with AV before. She was patient with all my questions and made me feel 'safe' On the day the team were amazing with a few last minute challenges they took it all in their stride, very calm and accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone!”

“We were pleased with both the communication about the lighting project and the impact of the coloured illumination of our Hospital Ward Tower Block. The team were very professional and the impact was amazing based with very positive feedback from everyone who saw the Tower to celebrate the NHS 75th birthday. No hesitation in using the company again for a similar project.”

“The Star Trust has used Premier Events for years but this was my first event with the charity. Ben, Ryan and their team were wonderful! Communication was excellent throughout the event planning and on the event day itself. They couldn't have been more helpful in putting my mind at ease and assisting with last-minute queries. The event went smoothly, the room decor and production were fantastic and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Premier Events and will be using them for all future events!”

“Chris and the team were fantastic! They understood our requirements and did everything they could to help achieve our end goal. They went above and beyond and were always available to answer any queries we had. From the initial meeting to the broadcast of our conference, the team were professional, knowledgeable and patient. The end result was as good as a proper TV production!!!”

“This was the first fully virtual event that our organisation has delivered, and we were very keen to offer our delegates and speakers an engaging experience in terms of both production and aesthetics. Ben Stimpson and the team at Premier Events went above and beyond to deliver a complex and international production with more than 70 speakers joining across three days from five continents. The results of their collaboration with us and their dedication to our end delivery goals, exceeded our expectations, with our delegates being delighted with world class visuals and captivating graphics. Luke Pearce and Chris Finch offered not just technical wizardry through the visual delivery of presentations and panel discussions, but also a clear and professional approach to explaining complex details in a way that our staff and speakers could understand. This was accompanied by a can-do attitude, and agile mindset throughout. Ben Stimpson became like a member of our own team throughout the planning stages of the event, showing the same level of dedication and passion for the conference as any in-house colleague. He listened to our needs and exceeded them; he showed empathy and a high level of customer service to all our speakers and staff; and he went the extra mile time and time again in his pursuit of a world-class final product. “I recently worked with Premier to deliver my client's virtual event last week. The event went without any technical hitches and every transition was seamless. The team's professionalism and experience in the industry reduced my stress levels completely. Chris was responsible for my project and I cannot thank him enough for his support and guidance throughout the planning.
