“This is by far the most unprofessional unethical company I have ever come across. Avoid it at all costs. I purchased three sessions of harmony clearlift. After two sessions my skin was worse than it had ever been. Although they accept my skin is worse than before they have refused to continue any treatment on my face but they are refusing to refund my final session. They owe me over £200. Shrada’s (very passive aggressive bully of a manager. Who’s only interested is selling you more and deflecting ) told me she was doing me a favour by ‘allowing me to convert my credit to pay for one session of profilo’ at a cost of £450 per session! Yet again more cash from me despite damaging my skin. Not at any point have they taken any accountability or offered to remedy the damaged caused. The issues I’ve raised have been met with passive aggressions, defensiveness and bad medical advice. Don’t even bother raising a complaint. Joanna ‘ the complaints officer’ has no interest in helping. They’re arrogant, unethical and none of the members of staff I came into contact with seemed particularly trained or educated. I’ve never left a negative review for anything before but I’m so outraged by these people and their arrogance.”

“I paid for ipixel harmony to treat my stresh marks in fullham branch, after the 1 session I notice that I had burn marks when I tell the practitioner she said it is normal thing, after finishing my 3 sessions still got that burn marks ,when I complined again about that the clinic gave me 2 creams to use for discolouration .I got no results from using these creams ,and the practitioner advice me to pay for another treatment (green peel) cost 600£ for small area only to get rid of these mess done in my skin. My conclusion is I waste my money 1400£ for 40% results and ended up with another skin problem burn marks very disappointed .”

“I’m questioning the qualifications of their consultants. The consultant I saw was extremely condescending and passive aggressive. She got my skin type completely wrong- I have dry skin / sensitive and she told me I have oily skin…She tried to up upsell me on my treatment, telling me I need to spend £2k on two different treatments. Also tried to scare me into booking by saying I need to act fast as it will worsen. My skin issue is very minimal and I only get occasional flare ups but she told me I need 12 treatments in total which is completely different on their website. It made me think these “specialists” get commission in upselling as she was very displeased when I said I would like time to think about it.”

“I've recently started my Clearlift treatment for hyperpigmentation with Harmony XL Pro laser at their Clinic in Kingston and already seeing a change. Sobhna is very professional and makes me feel comfortable during the procedure. Very happy I've found this clinic! Once finished with the current procedure I will try out other treatments they offer.”

“Absolutely outrageous experience with no empathy or care for customers. I was unable to carry out a pack of sessions worth £800 because I’ve been out of the country due to my mother’s illness. I requested a refund because I will also not be moving back to England and was ignored for 2 months! I called countless times to be told constantly that the manager was on holiday or out of the office. I finally received a copy paste email today saying they couldn’t refund me because it had been over 14 days since my purchase. It has also been more than 4 times that length since someone has updated me on the situation or answered an email. I obviously called and was told once again the manager was out of the office. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“I liked the staff and my treatment in the Liverpool branch but it's annoying that they did not tell you that the top -up session which is supposed to be the cheaper for clients who have already paid is truly not there. I paid over 2000 pounds just to have to pay the same or even worse than someone who just started. I dont understand. It's putting me off and it by in nonway to retain staff. Just to let you guys know that they can unfortunately be very misleading.”

“I’ve had six sessions of laser in my bikini area. There has been no improvement. They have not accustomed to treatment during covid so the length of time between each laser session has been inconsistent. I’ve been sending emails and Instagram messages to see if and when I should stop epiduo. They were clueless on the contact us form. Told to contact clinic however they are closed. When my appointment arrives im assuming it will be too late as I’m sure they are 3+month behind on emails and have other priorities.”

“Just had my first ever laser hair removal in Liverpool Street a week ago. The results are amazing! Also from the door to the room everyone was so nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. Answered all my questions and they were very patient with me. I will soon try the hydrafacial too.”

“Extreme levels of service received for skin treatments. Very poor at Premier Liverpool Street and absolute fab at Laser Clinic Harley Street that is now fixing the problem caused at Premier. If you want transparency, honesty and a clinic that really cares, Premier is not it.”

“Very unimpressed. Therapists have poor knowledge and clinic staff as well as owner does not know how to deal with concerns. The legal team do not address real issues - such as the post microneedling treatment at Liverpool Street Clinic.”

“I went to Premier Laser Aldgate for my laser treatments - I was happy with these and the results, the team was relatively friendly. My issue however, is with trying to book my top up treatments. I recommended several friends to use Premier Laser (for which you are supposed to receive credit on your account for future bookings). I was told I could not use my credits unless I spent a minimum of £500... which seems absurd?!?!? I was never told about this policy and would not have recommended friends to use Premier Laser had I known there was a huge cost involved to get a discount. You'd think after spending a small fortune already that you would be treated as a valued customer, but that apparently isn't how it works. I sent a compliant via email over 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back either.”

Sorry to hear that there was some confusion regarding the referral system we have in place. We currently offer £50 off for every person that is refereed to us. The person referred will also receive £25. You are right in saying that we have a minimum spend in place of £500 and discounts cannot be used at the same time. We apologise if this was not made clear to you. We have spoken to the branch and they will be in touch to see if what treatments you were looking to book and as a goodwill gesture offer you a further discount. “Had my first laser treatment which I was a little apprehensive about as I’ve been to a number of other clinics and didn’t achieve the desired outcome. I’ve seen outstanding results already which I am delighted about. Greeted by friendly staff in the Clapham branch, who all made me feel comfortable and Rhoda who performed my treatment I can’t thank you enough.”

“Initially I was hesitant to start laser therapy as a woman of colour but as this clinic uses the NG LAG laser I thought I would give it a go. My experience so far has been amazing, my consultant Saba is fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had with expertise. She makes me feel comfortable and is very friendly, she is always very thorough and doesn't leave me with any burns or pigmentation. The salon is clean and luxurious and well worth the money! I had seen a few poor reviews prior to my first appointment that left me hesitant but they were probably due to hormonal imbalances as you cannot fault this clinic from my experience. I cannot believe how effective the laser treatment has been already. I've had two treatments so far and I've already noticed a significant difference. Highly recommended!!!”

“I had hydro facial at Clapham clinic, I found this facial is very effective. I could see the difference before and after the treatment. My skin is very clean and refreshed. The actual procedure was quite relaxing. The therapist was very experienced and professional. The clinic itself is very nicely done. Overall I had worthwhile experience and I plan to go every month.”

“I am so happy with my laser hair removal treatment at Premier Laser Clinic. As a Spanish person I was quite hairy and following my course of treatments I am completely hair free. The staff have been so welcoming and always so understanding. I have a bad knee and always have difficulty getting on the bed and the practitioners are very helpful. I am now having some laser treatments to remove sun spots from my face and hands and the results are unbelievable! I really recommend Premier Laser Clinic to everyone!!”
