“I have been going to the Fulham clinic for a while and booked an appointment again for this evening! Oh my God was I in for a surprise. They hired a new clinic director who was by far the rudest person I have ever met. Not only was she completely rude she tried to change the price I was paying after I showed up for my appointment without any warning and without any decent explanation actually trying to dishonor the agreement under which I was doing my treatments! What a sham and how poor of the management to send someone so incredible oblivious to basic customer service rules to what used to be a lovely branch. Never going there again. Never been treated like this in 25 years in any Beauty salon let alone in my neighbourhood. Good luck to the company you will lose all your clients with your great new clinic director or whatever she is”

“I have been using the Kingston branch for over two years for a number of treatments. My therapist is Rochan and I would like to say how professional and caring she has been to my needs and treatments. I only go to the clinic when she is there as I now see her as someone that I trust and I look forward to seeing her. I would also like to say how Gill on reception is very helpful and also very professional and friendly and again a familiar face when I arrive. I know there has been a number of staff changes in recent times, which is a worry, and I hope these two members of the team continue to work at this branch if I am to continue to use premier laser clinic in Kingston.”

“Lana in Fulham clinic is just fantastic. I'm literally so happy with everything she has done for me. She is practical and caring and EXTREMELY good at what she does. She works very hard to accomplish an amazing result. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you so much Lana x”

“Very efficient. They have a very good customer service and caring staff. Christina was absolutely fantastic. Explaining everything and was very gentle and kind. I'll give 5 out of 5 for this clinic. Both my daughters and myself had treatment with them and are extremely happy with the result.”

“I attend Kingston Clinic and book all my sessions with Safeera, who is professional, funny, takes good care of my skin and listening to my expectations. Really satisfied with the results of the treatment in my face, underarms and full bikini area and would totally recommend Safeera to other customers. There are things though that could be improved for the reception staff members, as sometimes are quite rude or move my appointment 45 minutes later than the time I had booked and only find out when I go there!”

“Would highly recommend Premier. Have had Marinda as a therapist for several months and all treatments have been smooth and successful. Marinda is sensitive and happy to give as much time as necessary - if you are able to choose a therapist, go with her. I have found their prices very reasonable (check out their special offers, and extra discounts if paid in advance), their booking system is smooth and flexible, and perhaps best of all - they have great opening hours, including weekends.”

“Paid nearly £600 for tattoos removal and after 10 sessons my tattoo only faded 50%, I'll not recommend this Kingston clinic.”

“Soho branch - Very easy and straightforward treatment. Staff listen and alter treatment accordingly with any issues you have. Always a dignified session (as much as can be with laser treatment) as body parts not being treated in the moment are respectfully covered up. Only issue I've ever had was one girl who wouldn't pause for a few seconds when treatment was very painful. Other than that the girls are very patient and thorough and do the job as quickly as they can minimising discomfort. Would definitely recommend this branch.”

“I can only give an outstanding review for sohos laser clinic. The staff are friendly, professional and certainly experts in hair removal, a special shout out goes to Alexandra who is fantastic. The results have been incredible, as a women with PCOS, I am pretty hairy, or should I say "was", because I'm not hairy at all now. 10/10 for this salon, their staff and the treatments”

“I go to Soho clinic and I am very pleased. Service is excellent, Alex is very nice always happy to advise, and the lady on the reception is always chatty and smiling. Recommended the clinic to few friends. Thumbs up!!! Thank you!”

“I was contemplating whether to have my legs and arms lasered as its an expensive treatment but I'm so glad I came for a consultation at the Premier Laser clinic and had all my worries and questions put to ease. My therapist Was very informative and explained everything in detail and there was no pressure for me to carry out the treatment if I wasn't 100% sure. I did, however decide to have the treatment and I'm extremely pleased with the results and the great service I have received. I was recommended the Soho clinic by a friend and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends who wish to have laser treatment. Karishma Patel”

“I've been suffering with problematic skin since a very young age, nothing seemed to be helping (products, skin peels, medication) but I've recently have gone for the Hollywood spectra peel (laser skin treatment) and the results so far have been incredible, after my first session I could see a slight improvement already. I've had 3 sessions so far and skin has improved dramatically, hardly get any breakouts anymore and most of my post acne scaring has faded off. I can't wait to finish off my course and try out other treatment the clinic has to offer”
