“I loved my treatments results from Clapham Clinic! I had my laser hair removal for whole body and Skin Glow and tighten for my face, i had 8 sessions, no hair bothers me anymore. My face is much lifted and my friends all asking me what i did to my face! i can't be happier! Huge thanks for all the staffs helped me in clinic.”

“If only I could rate this Clinic 0 I would. First time experience to undergo skin treatment and met with the rudest consultant to try and make me spend £1500 without once looking at my skin or listening to concerns. When mentioning a method I heard of she told me to get this also aswell as what she was recommending! Once told her I need to think about this and save she abruptly ushered me out the door moaned to all her colleagues and shakes her head because I want going to get treatment today and didn’t even say thank you or goodbye. Avoid this place AT ALL costs just want you to spend ridiculous amounts of money and don’t care about your skin or concerns.”

“Had laser hair removal at premier laser Soho shaftesbury Avenue. Saw great results less hair grows back. Maria was very professional and gave excellent service. The receptionist carolina was very helpful and informative.would come back again to this branch.”

“I was able to book appointments quickly and reschedule and find new appointments with little waiting time. Sessions were consistent and most staff nice and friendly. Only downfall is the prices.”

Hi Amina Many thanks for the positive review Great to read your complimentary comments. You say the downfall is the prices - we always check our prices against our competitors and we are usually a bit lower. We also price match and are happy to match a lower price (if the price quoted is using the same technology.) Other companies may offer lower prices but normally use less powerful technology/ brands for laser hair removal. So you may end up paying for more sessions to get the same results. Results that could have been achieved with less sessions using better technology. At Premier Laser we only use the latest top of the range technology including Candela machines for Laser hair removal, which are considered the Rolls Royce of laser and are medical grade. Its something to bear in mind, we do also offer flexible payment and finance options to ensure as many people can enjoy the results of laser hair removal Thanks again Premier Laser

“I’ve been coming to Soho Premier Laser for a few months now for full face & I’ve already seen excellent results! It’s a really clean clinic that’s perfectly located in the centre of London right in between Soho & Chinatown. All the staff here are so warm & welcoming. But most especially have to thank Maria who has been doing my treatments, she’s so professional, kind & makes me feel so comfortable and really aims to get rid of my hair. I cannot recommend Maria & this clinic enough! I won’t go to anyone else now! In the past I wasted thousands of pounds at other salons getting what I thought was laser but was actually some rubbish called IPL which does not work!! Here at Premier Laser & Skin they actually use proper laser & the best technology to date.”

Hi Sarah Many thanks for taking the time to leave a positive 5 star review. We are happy to hear that you have had excellent results! Sorry to hear that you say you wasted thousands in the past on IPL and have only just discovered the benefits of laser, you are not alone in that ! . We use FDA medically approved lasers which are far more powerful then the home machines you can buy online for a few hundred pounds. Being more powerful means you get faster and better results. Not all lasers are the same and you are right pointing out that we use the best technology. We only use the Candela brand which are the Rolls Royce of machines. It can be hard deciding which clinics to choose so we urge our people to read reviews, speak to friends, do research online so they can make the best decision. The best and lowest risk way would be to book in for a free consultation , which most clinics offer, so you get to look at the clinic and practitioners up close and really get a feel for the place before making up your mind Thanks again for your review Premier Laser

“I’ve visited Premier Laser Clinic in Soho. I had an absolutely great experience! I went to do laser hair removal but will come back for the facial peel soon. I was greated by very professional team starting from the receptionist who kindly explained what would happen and gave me the forms to fulfill. Then I had a treatment with Maria who was very lovely and skilful. The machines they are using at the clinic are very advanced in comparison with Soprano that I’ve used 2 years ago. I felt no pain whatsoever because of the stream of the cold air during the treatment. I would definitely recommend this clinic.”

“I visited PLC SOHO branch last week to have my quarterly facial and this time they really surpassed themselves! I was treated by a young lady called Alexandra and she gave me a consultation before tailor making a facial/peel specific to my skin. Alongside vitamin C and other products the main basis of the treatment was Stem Cell rejuvenation, I'm not too sure what this actually does but all I can say I peeled for a week and now have the clearest most glowing skin!!!!! I actually can't believe it. Seriously recommend going in there with an open mind and following their advice depending on your consult. My fave clinic in London!”

“Walked past Kingston's branch today walked in and was greeted by Shannon who i believe to be the manager and enquired about skin treatments. There was a practitioner available who placed me on a skin analysis machine and gave me a detailed consultation. Herself and the manager took such good care of me both explaining all of their treatments and skin care products. its not very often you find such a high quality service where they actually listen to the clients needs.”

“I had booked 3 sessions of the Carbon laser with the Fulham Branch. I specified that I suffer from Panick Attack disorder and that may condition my appointments. Unfortunately I had to miss one of them with very little notice, but It was because I was having one of my attacks and after that I couldn't go 1 hour in the tube to the clinic. I paid all upfront almost £600 and they told me that because of their policy they couldn't give me that session back. 2 sessions and my stains are still there! Very rude receptionist when I tried to explain what happened, didn't give me a chance to speak and she thought I was lying to her. Not recommending”

“I was surprised to read the negative results on this page, as I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Premier Laser Clinic in Clapham. The staff is super friendly, and my regular laser hair removal technician Nina is an absolute star - a total asset to the clinic. In terms of the outcome from the sessions- the results are definitely there but it’s not quite 100% yet.”
