“I first visited the pram centre 16 years ago when i had my first 2 kids & now i am here again for our 3rd baby. From the staff to the range instore everything is amazing. Everyone is so helpfull &will do anything to help you pick the best for what your budget is/ what you need. Order no 04442-dusg/08522/1195-dusg”

“Great experience - we bought a car seat at the baby and toddler show and they could not have been better. Showed us how it worked, safety ratings, etc and no pressure to buy at all. Very good and they really put the parents and babies first!”

“Second purchase from pram centre. Previously bought our pram travel system from Glasgow store. Fabulous selection of items. Recently purchased second stage car seat from baby and toddler show. Great savings on the day. Sales person was great, informative and not pushy. Order number43517”

“Ordered a twin travel system which has came with no clips to attach anything to it. Sent an email and after 2 weeks phoned to be met with a cheeky response of "Youve already been contacted about this". Well doll if I had I wouldnt be wasting my time phoning if that was the case. Need to wait a month for the clips to be delivered... if they ever do get delivered going back the fact they cant even respond to an email. They should not be sending out half available orders.”

“Ordered a car seat a month ago. Been promised multiple delivery dates for collection in store. Each time been told it’s not been delivered and that will be in the next delivery. Been promised multiple call backs and never received a call. Customer service is non existent. I’m going to go in store and get a refund at this rate my girl won’t need a car seat due to the false promises. Waste of time and money using this company.”

“I ordered my pram on 14th January & gave the date to collect this on 14th April, after travelling through to collect this i was told my pram wasnt available to collect & that they would send free of charge to my house within the week. With my due date only 3 weeks away, i was panicking & wanted to ensure i had the pram in enough time. I called back after the week to be told my pram still wasnt there but the chassis & car seat was there & that i could go & collect this. I did so & was told AGAIN that the pram, carrycot, & bag would be delivered within the week... still Nothing!!! I called again today to be told they are contacting the supplier to see where my order is, my due date is now 5 days away & i still only have my car seat & chassis!! if id have known it wouldnt have been available at the time i wouldve cancelled & went elsewhere!!!”

“I'vw ordered my stroller. On email I has infoemation that delivery will be between 7 and 14 working days. On 13th working day I called to Your store to ask when I will get my stroller (I called before few times but noeone knew anything). I've been told that delivery will be in 3 days. So delivery was after 17 working days (frlm 8/04 to 28/04). I don't like that. Inhope that car seat which I ordered will not come too late.”

“Well well well ... no response to my complaint email!! Don’t use this place unless ur getting the pram from the shop there & then & u know what ur paying for! Had a hassle from when i went to collect my pram, ordered a silver package to be told everything will all be silver to match the pram, no mention of this not being the case until i go collect the pram. Got there to be told its a black car seat, blag changing bag & parasol ... BUT the changing bag wasn’t there yet & would send it to me when it became available. Baring in mind this isn’t what i paid for! I accepted the black items because theres black on the pram frame & wouldn’t be a big issue which i would say i was being more than reasonable! When i had to chase the changing bag nearly 3 weeks later to be told its not black it will be onyx, i agreed they send me it out but if it didn’t match id be taking it right back, and guess what it was completely odd! Went into the store for them not to care or try help with getting me the bag i ordered or get me a black silver cross bag at least, apparently they wouldnt pay a bit extra for a different bag even though it was them that mucked up my order & they kept passing the blame to silvercross! It doesn’t make sense i got a refund for my bag & was able to source the coloured bag to match my pram from silver cross outlet in Bradford! Only thing is i had to pay an extra £15 to get this because pram centre didnt want to accept the problem they have caused to me! This full experience has upset me & i will never use them again! Paying alot of money for a pram for them to think they will fob you off & give you what they want to!!”

“We had our Silver Cross nursery furniture delivered and assembled this week and couldn’t be happier with it! Shawn and Iain were quick and quiet and the whole set was ready within an hour. It’s perfect. Thank you very much, we love it!”

“My daughter and I had a fantastic experience with the Glasgow pram centre from start to finish. We initially went in to look at prams and Tracey was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, she honestly could do enough for us. We are very happy with all items purchased and with the service we have received. We have continued to purchase additional items as we need them and would highly recommend the Glasgow Pram Centre. “I ordered my pram, cot and changing unit from the pram centre in Glasgow. I ordered it all in January for delivery this month. Prior to delivery I noticed that some of the items had reduced in price. I contacted the pram centre and they easily changed my order to accommodate these reductions no hassle! Delivery was on time, they called with a delivery window and the delivery driver was very efficient! Would certainly order from here again and recommend to others. Thanks”

“I had selected and ordered all furniture, pram and equipment I needed for my first daughter in 2015. When I became pregnant again in 2017, due in May 2018, I had no hesitation in returning to order further things I needed. The staff were so helpful and made the whole process so simply and helped me feel at ease. Deliveries were arranged easily and came when they said they would. If I ever had any queries they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend the centre as they have everything you need, the staff are great and really help you feel at ease and do everything for you to make the whole process much easier.”

“Absolutely disgusted by the service given after foning to see if all parts of our pram were in stock to be told ready for collection from 2nd April came to collect our pram on 5th April to be informed that actually our adapters were not in yet and would be in the next delivery n posted to us, i have just called the store again this morning as heard nothing to be told they are now out of stock... How can you justify as a store taking such orders and giving out collection dates given we ordered all this more than 6 months ago to then few days before our baby due being told ehh their not here and our drivers will drop them off when they come into store maybe next week... Shocking customer service if u ask me and i will now not be back to purchase another item from your store and will make sure that i do not recommend you to any family or friends.......”

“I got to build the exact pram package that I was looking for. The staff were super helpful but not pushy. The only criticism is that the store was very warm, which made for a slightly light headed mum to be!”
