Hi, we are very sorry to hear of the issues with the order raised. When placing the order, a screen should pop up to allow you to enter the credit card details for payment through our trusted provider, Paypal. If the screen did not change then this may a blocker on your browser preventing the transaction to complete. “Great service. Ordered on Monday after 3pm and it was delivered free by 2pm on Tuesday. Easy to order. Good website. Lovely Sony radio which was a doddle to set up and has terrific sound. Wanted to ensure I had Dab+ so I can pick up Classic FM next year when they stop transmission of Dab. Definitely recommend Powerbutton. Old fashioned service with state of the art website and communications.”
