“Item was well packaged and arrived safely - in the time promised. When placing my order I accidentally omitted my house number and received a phone call to ask what it should be. Delivery could be tracked all the way through. Given an hour slot in which delivery would be made - which it was.”

“First time user of Powerbutton. Very impressed with the service. Ordered a mount for my Sonos soundbar. Very competitively priced. Ordered on Sunday night and was with me by Tuesday lunchtime. Communication was great. Would highly recommend.”

“I’m not at all happy with my paying experience at Power Button. I chose to pay by Klarna pay in 3. Klarna did not receive the transaction. £112.66 has been held by Klarna, even though they do not have any transaction on my account from Powerbotton. It was NOT made clear to me at the time of my purchase that I would require a link from Powerbutton to Klarna to make the purchase. I’m still waiting for my £112.66 to be released by Klarna, and I will not be using Powerbutton or recommending you to anybody. The guy who answered the phone to me was not friendly, sounded very impatient…horrid experience.”

“Fantastic retailer! Exceptional pricing for a set of Sanus stands for Sonos One SL and the free next day delivery made it a sweet deal. The product arrived very well packaged and as advertised brand new. All relevant documentation and installation guides were also included. “The process was fine, delivery nice and quick, the price very competitive and I got £10 more off as a new customer. The only thing stopping this from being a 5* review was the delivery. He put the order (almost £300's worth) on the doorstep, half-heartedly knocked on the door, and simply left. It's a good job I was home and heard him (the dogs didn't even react - that's how quietly he knocked) or somebody could have easily wandered off with it.”
