“Very fast and good service”

“Very good service. Two year old trolley stopped working. Spoke to Powerbug on a thursday. They diagnosed the control box and the trolley was still under the 3 year warrantee. Part arrived on the Monday and was simple to replace. Golfing again on Tuesday.”

“Purchased a new lithium battery for my PowerBug Tour Pro. It only needed replacing due to it ending up totally submerged in a stream. I was also pleased to receive a discount as a regular customer. The new battery was delivered within 48 hours. Excellent service.”

“The power connector snapped off. They said it would be easy for me to replace and would send me the part but I opted to go to their place and let them do it. Done under guarantee. Stuff goes wrong. It's how it's handled that makes the difference.”
