It does work. Having used a couple times. Anti clog front wheel better than my previous trolley. Disappointed that the bag support does not fold down. No clutches on wheels so cannot pull backwards without dragging. Battery life good over two rounds in winter conditions. Glad to see double groove on axle to allow trolley to be pushed as manual trolley. Good wheels and reversible for storage.

I purchased the Powerbug to replace my 14 year old Hill Billy Terrain. Unfortunately, when using the trolly on the golf course, I found the control disc far to small to operate! Also, i'm quite disappointed how little the frame folds down.

The front wheel should be available as a replacement without the entire bottom bracket.

I am happy with the spare parts, they were easy to change and work well. However, 50% of the price to cover freight, taxes and customs are way too much. We experience the same with all net trading with UK from Norway, so your leaving EU was not a good idea!

Serviced in supply of new wheels was efficient. However, I only needed a spare spring cartridge for ONE wheel to get my trolley going. I left a message and emailed for this information without any response. Hence only a ‘middle of the road’ average rating. No more Colin Gibson

I purchased the 2 wheel conversion for the front trolley wheel, great idea, product well made but no caps/ covers for the wheel nuts and bearing, so exposed grease and bearings will get covered in debris which will eventually damage the bearings, I sent an email complaint - no reply 👎

The boot tidy is disappointing because, unlike as shown in the video, it does not remain 'open' so that, using both hands, the trolley can be lifted and placed in the boot. The Tidy naturally collapses.

If I ever receive the item I ordered, I will let you know what I think of it, but it seems DHL have mislaid it. Despite saying they would deliver it yesterday, they tell me it is still at the depot and will do their best to deliver it sometime in the near future.

£400 worth of Trolley arrived in box no bag with it, on phoning PowerBug was inform bag is extra also no instructions got to download off internet. When spending this sort of money you’d think it would come with carrier bag.

The kit is great. Got my new Gt after waiting 4 weeks. Still waiting for my bag. Used the online message system to ask questions. Never received a reply.

I had to purchase this battery due to replacement battery which failed This battery was sent out at the end of January 2019 this was due to my battery failing after just over 2 years this one had a 3 yrs warranty

Ordered 2 units that included 3 accessories. One of the accessory was not included without any explanation. After calling customer service, it was explained that the accessory in question was backordered, never received an email or a note with the delivery. One of the unit motor is making sound noise, will contact customer service.

An incorrect e mail address logged onto our system meant that the customer did not receive the back order situation We have rectified this now and comms are flowing Happy to report that all product has been delivered and the motor is running fine!

Very satisfied with the customer service. Not so satisfied with the costs involved. Particularly the postage charge of £5 for a small envelope that stated it was less than £1 to send!

Bought trolley for my wife and it hasn’t been used too often so not too pleased that the switch which controls the power failed. I contacted and ordered a replacement which was promptly delivered and which I fitted myself. But £25 for a small switch seems a bit pricey to me. However the buggy is now working again and my wife is hapoy!!

A tad disappointed with the replacement part I had to buy recently and the instruction on how to install the part. Advised to drill out rivets holding broken part in place and install the new part with screws rather than new rivets. Problem is the drill bit diameter needed to drill out rivets is greater than the diameter of screws supplied. Had to improvise with superglue!

Hello Robert, When drilling rivets you only need to remove the heads and the rest of the rivet will simply push through the frame and can be removed from the hinge area of the trolley. A split review. The trolley is good. Everything that is claimed. But the rating is only 'acceptable' as the 48 hour claimed delivery took six days, and then only after I chased it.

Sorry about this. Looking at the delivery history we took 5 days to deliver not the 48 hours as advertised. The product was orderd and goods dispatched on the same day. Unfortunately the goods were held up in our carriers hub and they took way longer than acceptable to get to the customer. Although a carrier issue, the buck stops with us and we apologise for the delay. We understand that the customer is very happy with his purchase and we look forward to being of assistance in the future.

You could do with more photographs of your accessories to enable the customer to view more aspects of your product.This may lead to enhanced purchases.eg. one photograph of your flight-travel bag.It is described well but depicted poorly.
