“Recently purchased a nail gun, this is my first nail gun and it's such a time saver. Not had any jams or issues with the tool, and it's been an excellent purchase. Delivery was quick and at the time tool world was the cheapest place to get it.”

“Radio was as advertised. It's a Christmas gift so can't say anymore just now. Not your fault but delivery was terrible late but I was given a date twice it arrived in a different day with no warning.”

“Purchased a dewalt leaf blower from this company although they said it would take3.5 working days to deliver it did take longer 10 working days tbh I did email them after the 5 days had passed and replied quickly apologising and said due to high volumes of orders etc and I get that as it was over the “Black Friday event” it’s Xmas present for my son so I can’t comment on it at the moment but they were fair in they said it would arrive soon and it did”

“Pretty happy with PTW for the most part, having bought from them a few times now. The main issue is that they don't send stuff out in a plain outer cardboard box, just the 'display' packaging it was supplied from the manufacturer with, so it means you hope the delivery/courier company has honest workers (not always the case), as this exposed product identifier particularly with power tools, is a temptation to thieves, luckily so far so good. I suspect they may be drop shippers which would explain it, but doesn't excuse it, as just plain sloppy and unprofessional, especially if the original packaging is not fit for purpose of the rough handling it gets in transit from PTW to consumer.”
