At 517mm in length, this blower is perfect for quick and lightweight jobs around your home and workshop. As you had purchased the body-only version of this blower, this did not include a battery. We order from here as they advertised next day delivery and we needed this item for a job almost a week later before it was delivered. Losing us money!! Definitely would NOT use these again

I purchased a chainsaw, used it for two hours and it stopped working. I returned it and was told the bar and chain was damaged so they were sending it back to me. I paid for a new bar and chain and the chainsaw is still not working. There is clearly a fault that they are not prepared to accept. I would not buy from here again.

2nd purchase in a week from ptw first delivery of collated nails arrived sodden wet and only 50 % salvageable no credit given this stand arrived damaged in transit with a large hole in the box where something had pierced it and took a gouge out of the stand platform the delivery photo shows this but I couldn’t waste more time on contacting customer service as the previous problem was never even resolved !!

Boxes and nails arrived wet and damaged not left in the porch as a specified but out In the rain, customer service expect me to repackage in new box. Print labels or wait In all day for a return. Sorry I have to work not waste time on the phone etc No credit offered most of the nails were not salvageable so time and money wasted … youd be wise to shop elsewhere

It worked well for a few jobs then stopped working. When I contacted powertool world they washed their hands of me and said go to the manufacturer. I’ve barely had it 2 weeks and now they won’t even help! Poor service
