I ordered a Fien Diamond Cutter which arrived on time and I'm sure as descibed however, the item was a smaller diameter than I was expecting. My point is the on line listing didn't make it clear to me that there were two options regarding the diameter of this cutter and that this was the smaller version.

Rated very good for odreing process but let down by their delivery company. 2 confirmed delivery slots were missed. The Hedge cutter has not ben used yet so unable to comment. Would have been 4 or 5* if delivered on confirmed delivery date.

I received my order very well. But my wife also placed an order with you for almost £600.00 it was damaged and returned to yourselves, so we did not even receive any of it and the you would not resend new items without us having to pay twice for it before you would refund what we previously ordered whith caused my problems as I needed them the following week, now she is looking elsewhere. Not sure if I would order from you agen

Received the tool in good time opened the outer packaging the tool was in an unbranded box open box the tool was damaged insufficient bubble wrap to protect the tool it was loos inside the box.

Hi I would have given you a very good but you failed to get the drill to me on the date you promised (birthday present) It wasn’t until I made a call that I was told that it hadn’t bed sent to delivery company (a bit of a pain as I had waited in for 2 days. But saying that the lady I spoke to was very helpful and very polite. Because of this i will still be happy to use and recommend this company.

The shredder arrived on time and delivery was very cheerful. However the instructions on separating the parts and setting it up were hopeless and difficult to carry out especially the six screws that hold it all together going in to black plastic holes that you cannot see. I don't know if it works yet as it has rained every day.

Normally a great Company to use with great service. Unfortunately I ordered tools under their 5% off offer and supposedly they were inundated with orders which resulted in failure to deliver in their promised 1-3 day delivery window.

The products from Power Tool World are excellent and normally delivery is swift and efficient. However, we recently ordered a Makita grinder and it failed to turn up and got caught at a depot. Power Tool World seemed unable to sort this out, so we had to re-order meaning we didn't get the tool until after we required it. Disappointing.
