“Ordered kit which exceeded the value eligible for free next day delivery. Ticked the box requesting next day delivery and received the kit three days later, not impressed. Customer services apologised and said they'd raise the issue with web services and despatch. Late arrival caused a delay on the project the kit was ordered for.”

“great service tool dispatched next working day.can’t say the same about their courier DPD 4 attempts to deliver had to pay for weekend delivery on a Saturday still didn’t deliver till Sunday bearing in mind there was someone in the 3 other attempts the daughter even seen one driver walk down the drive with No parcel and put a card through the door”
