Placed an order on the 8/11/23 today 21/11/23 Iv heard nothing I had a notification from DPD saying they are expecting my order that has since vanished Iv not been informed as to why there is a delay with my order and it’s dispatch, being asked at this point to review my experience what am I supposed to do? I’d like to give 5 stars

Sent the item back, which didn’t take long arrived Wednesday back with then by Friday, very good. I didn’t hear anything about then receiving the item apart from DPD service telling me they had delivered. I had to send a email three days later to find out what was happening,then I received my response,Not good

The order came relatively quickly, not next day though. The box was badly packaged, as everything was lose in the delivery van, which was worry having all the components. The makita carry case is cracked but has been glued. But for the price it is, it should all be better packaged and not damaged upon delivery. As I need everything to work with, I cannot send anything back, but feel I should be compensated. I have used this company before and this is the first time it has happened.

Delivered 1 day late for ‘overnight delivery’, apparently due to some warehouse problem I had to spend nigh on an hour on hold the next day to find out about, can’t fault the product or the price but late delivery and total lack of communication accessibility left a bitter taste, hence the rating

I ordered a Makita guide rail adapter for my saw which was very expensive at £68 .The postage was extra which made it even more.The same item was at B&Q for £58 but wanted it sooner so I tried Powertool world. I was disappointed to find it delivered in a thin grey plastic bag which was probably the reason it was all bent when it was delivered.I had to remove the bars and straighten them on a vice with a hammer making it just acceptable I don’t think I will buy anything again unless the packing is better next time.

Sorry Power Tool World but after getting my first delivery from you of the Milwaukee Multi Tool I gave you a sterling review as I was so pleased with the product and your service. This made it easy to order from you again being the Cut off Tool. When delivered it was in a plain white box and slightly scuffed in places. Being a gift I messaged you immediately but I received no response. I had to get an alternate gift and kept the saw for myself. Disappointed I’m afraid.

I dislike the manner in which this retailer publishes statements which try to avert their responsibilities under the current Consumer Rights 2015 legislation regarding the return of unsatisfactory goods.

Pls check the state of what you send out. Everyone knows the worst thing you can do to a lithium battery is let it go flat and then leave it flat. If you’re going to hold onto old stock, at least make it a priority to check battery status and recharge if required (now i have a battery with suspected lifetime… it already ran flat super quick on first usage)

I was sent a damaged product, for all the company blaming their delivery partner for damage, even they know it was their own fault. I can only prove that if they share the video when the package came out of their warehouse, which they would never do. Next package delivered after 5 days and the box was taped exactly the same as it was on the damaged box initially. Yes, they did send a replacement, however they would have not had to do if they would have checked before dispatching an uninspected damaged box. Customer delayed and inconvenienced for no reason however customer service agents and manager made 100% sure that they lay the blame on the delivery partner only. Poor customer service. Rating is 2 (poor) just because they processed the return and redelivery without much fuss, again this should have never been the status (else would have been 1)

Although purchase and delivery of the Makita HS0600 Circular saw was flawless and the product itself great. It seems when it comes to after sales advice and back up, that's where it all falls apart.
