“DO NOT ORDER, it’s a scam. I placed an order for a washer dryer on the 26th of January 2021 and I still haven’t received it. No customer service, the telephone number say “all staff are working from home and can’t answer the phone (how ridiculous) and to send an email” which the won’t reply to. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it.”

“DO NOT ORDER! I ordered my all appliances I needed for my kitchen and realised half an hour later after checking reviews that this was a scam company! I was tired and usually check first. I ordered in January 2021, I phoned my bank the next morning to retract payment as it was still pending but they said they couldn’t. No reply from the company and am still waiting to date for a refund from my bank! They Shouldn’t even be able to have an online shop!!”

“Don't waste your hard earned cash this firm is a scam. Ordered a freezer from them January 6th 2021, Waited the time they said and nothing showed up, Contacted the online fraud squad who are still looking into it, Reading what everyone's saying looks like its goodbye to that money, This firms an utter scam don't trust them.My bank even changed my debit card as they saw fraudulent activity on my card beware.”

“Thieving bastards, in December I paid for fridge freezer and still waiting to recieve it. Dyson is suddenly new director contacted me by email recently saying the appliance would be getting delivered within next week as always just a load of bolloxe I think it is time justice is done”

“Same as everyone else, bought a tumble dryer 26th Jan and the usual email confirmation, but no reply, no one to talk to, just a recording and now trying to get a refund through my cc. Either a scam or gone into administration.......”

“I ordered a washing machine and a fridge freezer 3rd Feb 21 and still no goods I've had a response to say the cancellations team will be refunding me 10-14 working days which was 18th Feb 21. After numerous emails still no refund. They emailed today to say I have to contact my card provider for a refund. They must be in administration. DO NOT ORDER”

“I ordered in mid feb all on “special order” waited nothing. Now I have to go through the chargeback scheme via credit card company. I have contact two people that were promised a refund via the company back in December, they were not refunded! So they had no intentions of repaying. Total SCAM I hope they get very ill and die robbing scumbags!!!”

“If i could give a below zero star rating i would Ordered fridge freezer January 31, 2021 No delivery in ten working days Called by phone, no answer due to Covid (convenient?) emailed for the next three weeks. Automated replies only Waiting for a refund from credit card company May take six weeks. Today March 10, 2021 Take a look at the advert Average delivery time 5 Days”
