“Scam company.do not order anything from this rogue trader. Ordered a tumble drier over 2 weeks ago, they ignore any attempt to contact them . Have informed trading standards and police about this company. Can’t understand why their website has not been closed down”

“I don't even want to give this one star but I have to in order to review!!! Please please dont order from here, Ot will scam you and take your money, I've paid £400 on a cooker and I did think it was strange how I only received one email. I'm on my 8th day today been on the phone to the bank hoping they can help.. horrible scumbags I promise life is going to bite you on your arse🙃”

“IMPORTANT UPDATE TO REPORTING SCAM COMPANY Reported this scam company to Go Media but they have told me they no longer host the website and are trying to get their name removed. I think Cloudfare hosts the website now and I have filled in their Abuse form so suggest others do the same.”

“i ordered a hob from this company Thursday 28th Jan.. i did think it strange that there was no mention of delivery on the invoice i printed off after reading the reviews (which i should have done before placing order) i suspect i will not be receiving any goods i hope im wrong and if i am i will happily retract this review .......NOT GOOD”

“This company is a scam and is not operating legitimately. They take money with no stock in place. Recent positive reviews on another review site are fake, designed to make people place order with this fake company. What company does not let you contact them by phone? I was scammed but have just been reimbursed by my bank for a tv that I bought with credit card. I have reported this fraudulent company to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards and suggest others do the same.”

“This without doubt is the worst customer experience I have had. Ordered a built in fridge/ freezer on the 1/12/20 but received no delivery or update on a possible delivery even after waiting over 55days.No one answers calls - automatic response to emails- Stay well clear is my advice I have canceled my order and expect a fight to get a refund but I will give the a few weeks and then contact my bank like other reviewers have done. If the owner of this company reads these reviews- you should be ashamed of your performance- terrible,inadequate and shambolic jumps to mind.”

“Took £1,900.00 then advised once order was placed that the item was not in stock for a month, so duly cancelled order only to never hear from them again. I had to go through the mastercard provider to recover the £1,900.00 after 3 months since order was placed. We never buy online using Debit Card or Bank Transfer for this very possible reason. Basically fraudulent sale of non existent goods and keeping the money in the hope it can never be retrieved. If for some bizzare reason you feel the urge to order from these then good luck, and you have been warned. Seemingly they have closed down and have no stock, but the website still takes orders. Any positive recent reviews would therefore need to be deemed as fake. 1 Star only because there is no 0 Star option, otherwise.”

“I Ordered a fridge freezer, same as all the other 1 star reviews, and received no contact since, no response at all to emails, including a email asking for a refund . I will not let this go, and the store itself is currently closed,but by the time the store opens, I would suggest they pay people back, as I can't imagine people will let that kind of money slide by .”

“They have taken the money very quickly from my account but I have never received the tv I have purchased. They don’t answer the phone and respond to emails with an automated generic text full of excuses. This company is obviously operating fraudulently and should be reported to the relevant authorities.”

“No refund on an oven that cost £800 no customer service, emailed me to say oven now not in stock after paying for it. I have been waiting two months for refund. Emailed on numerous occasions.”

“I have my own kitchen company and am amazed the manufacturers supply these fraud companies, I would bet when this villain goes skint, the manufacturers will allow him to open up an account under a different name. I also hope the credit card company seek him out and put him in prison where he belongs.”

“If I could award 0 that would be more appropriate. This appears to be a scam they are undercutting price points to get higher up google searches but having purchased and taken the money they do not deliver or respond tO emails other than an automated response claiming they will be in touch. Do not buy from this company.”

“16/1/21 I ordered & paid for a coffee machine £1450 & after 10 days of waiting for delivery not heard or seen anything. I tried website telephone & branch numbers also several emails but all dead ends. Wish I had seen the customer comments before. Obviously they are deliberately defrauding the public & for some reason are still able to continue.foing so.”

“Similar to below, I ordered a tumble dryer on the 17th Jan from stock with a 3-5 day delivery time, no notification of dispatch, any phone calls go to a voice message of no use and there is no response to emails. Avoid.”

“I ordered two fridge/freezer in 18 November, all payment was changed, and I have got the confirmation email. But now the same as another cases below, the phone not answer, and only automatically email. I think to apply to Action Fraud and urge all who was damaged from this company to make it. Maybe the authority/ Police prevent the further fraud from them.”

“Ordered Large Screen TV on 27th December not had any contact from this company about delivery after numerous emails. I am not convinced I will ever recieve it so have started the refund process. In my opinion they are baiting ready for bankruptcy DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM.”

“Ordered a dishwasher in November that was showing in stock, after ordering it turns out it wasn’t in stock. I asked to cancel and they emailed to say 10-12 days for the refund.Still no Sign of the refund after 7 weeks, so have initiated a charge back with the credit card company”
